Best Hotel

It was cheap, clean, decently close to everything, and the staff were very friendly. Rooms felt a little small, and there wasn't much in terms of amenities, but there is a 7 Eleven nearby so it didn't matter much.

The hotel was in a great location and offered excellent value for money — honestly one of the best parts of our stay. We could easily walk to Shinjuku very quickly, which made exploring Tokyo extremely convenient. As a first experience in Tokyo, it was really enjoyable overall. On the downside, the shower was in a separate room from the toilet, which we already knew beforehand, but the toilet space itself was very small. The room could also have been a bit cleaner. However, compared to typical room sizes in Japan, the rest of the room felt quite satisfactory and comfortable.

A Quite old hotel and located in the Shinjuku area, in a part that seems to be near adult nightlife.

Location is great, closer to all the restaurants and bars. You can walk from shinjuku station which is 18-24 min. All the stuffs are nice. One of the staff lady (she’s middle age) is not friendly

Environment not good as well

clean and great housekeeping daily, the room with two beds was also really spacious. staff were extremely polite and always ready to help

All the employees of the hotel were very nice and kind. The hotel is in great location, very close to several subway stations. Room was clean and they were providing clean towels daily.

Great value for money considering the convenient location near Shin Okubo Station on the Yamanote Line, just 1 stop from Shinjuku (or can walk to Shinjuku in about 20 min or so). Many Korean restaurants and bars nearby, as well as convenience stores. Quadruple room was comfortable, and bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Very minor issues, but most of the food in the area is Korean, so might need to travel out a bit further if you want alternatives. Though this is in Koreatown, so to be expected.

Cleanliness was immaculate. Staff was what was expected of Japanese people.- courtesy at its best. The location was fantastic close to the subway and walkable to Shinjuku the hub. Room was big in terms of Tokyo hotel rooms There was plenty of room for a closet which wasn't there. Secondly, I would have loved to have some coffee pouches and more tea pouches

The location is great! Just 6 min walk with no uphill to Shin-Okubo station, which is a great line to go almost everywhere and surrounded by plenty of restaurants (mostly Korean). The room was spacious enough, with separate bathroom, toilet and washing sink. We have quite space for luggage. The lovely staffs helped with luggage storage and travel advices. Thank you very much! We were only there for sleep and bath so nothing to dislike. Another rack/hook to hang towels would be a bonus though.
