We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, so it was very easy to get around the city. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff. We accidentally left our sunglasses on a JR highway bus, and they kindly helped us contact the bus company. They followed up with us and coordinated everything until our sunglasses were found and returned. We were so grateful for their help and really appreciated the time and effort they put into it. Thanks to their kindness and support, our overall experience was even better. We would definitely stay here again. -

The view was spectacular! The bed was also firm and comfortable. I also appreciated my seated area for lounging. The staff were very professional.

Location, breakfast, staff all great. No bartender so no lounge, no place to have food after 8 pm. A hotel like this should have food and drink options. See above

Good Location to the train hub station at Shinjuku. Good eating places in the mall and in the traditional neighborhoods around the hotel. nothing

Location was central yet quiet area. The rooms are older and smelled. Our toilet was not functioning. We had to consolidate into one room bc it was so late in the evening. The staff tried but it was out of their control.

Immediately next to Shinjuku station which was very convenient. High floor with exceptional view. The staff was wonderful. 7/11 Konbini in the building lobby. I would absolutely stay here again The only thing that wasn't great was the elevator setup. You take elevators front he ground to the hotel lobby and then switch to the hotel specific elevators which was a short walk away. More of a nuisance than complaint. Wouldn't stop me from staying here again .

Great views not too loud good location great breakfast Bathroom a bit outdated, a bit small for the price but was functional for one person, less amenities provided compared to other places in Japan

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being right next to Shinjuku Station. The room was perfect and very clean. The view was good, and it was nice to look out the 25th floor and see the city below. We have no complaints about the hotel or staff. It was a fantastic experience. Nothing, it was great!

The staff went above and beyond for us. We were planning to stay for 3 nights, but my asthma started acting up from our room being a bit dated. We had to find another hotel. They were so gracious and allowed us to cancel without a fee even though we were already checked in. Mr. Yamaha who was the Front Manager was so helpful and attentive. He helped us get our luggage down to the lobby, refunded our payment, and held our bags until we were able to find another hotel. We were very grateful. He mentioned that they are going to be doing a big renovation soon. We would definitely give them another try once the renovation takes place. Thanks Mr. Yamaha. Public spaces were nice, but the room was dated and smelled musty. This wouldn’t bother most people but it was not good for my asthma.

Woke up on first morning to a view of Mt. Fuji. Which was very lucky because we did not see it for the rest of the trip. Location was great. Room was exactly as advertised. Buffet breakfast could have been a little better considering the cost.
