Mattresses. Too thin, not comfortable. I pointed this out, and the stuff was very helpful, providing some additional layers, which partially fixed the problem.

Bathtub curtain would have been nice. Air conditioning could be more powerful to keep the room cooler. Otherwise excellent.

It’s comfortable and clean; the location is convenient; the breakfast is lovely too!

The room was quite spacious that we can open multiple luggages on the floor. I also liked that there's area to work for two people (table+chair and the vanity). We enjoyed the free amenities such as free pajama rental and free laundry. A bit of a walk to the station (10-12min) but there's a nearby bus stop.

We stayed here for the beginning and end of our Japan trip. In between our two stays, they allowed me to leave my big luggages. This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood close the University of Tokyo. There's restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

10/15 min walk from metro stations

The staff did not know very good English and communication was a bit hard. They tried to help us with a booking for a bus on a Japanese site, but in the end, we had to figure it out ourselves.

Everything was very clean and amenities functioning perfectly. The windows of the room had frosted glass panes.

good selection for bfast ...both continental and Japanese. Quiet residential neighborhood .... a bit of walking to get tp neaest train station. Better brewed coffee for breakfast... Should ONLY supply fresh towels on request..not daily!
