Extremely poor service, particularly from the receptionist who was very rude and unwelcoming. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, please consider carefully if you are thinking about staying at this hotel.
-
It was a bit thin walls so you have to be a bit more quiet to not disturb the other guests

Quiet, Great shower, comfortable beds, clean, Convenience Stores nearby, 5 minute walk to a nice bakery. Close to JR Station (10 minute walk), which had great options for Food, Lovely Fresh Udon Noodles, Ramen N/A

Quiet neighborhood. Not enough towels, we had to go downstairs to get amenities, the sounds outside were loud when people walked by, the kitchen didn’t have any cutlery so it would not have been useful at all. We got in trouble playing quiet music while packing. The washroom was not as clean as other hotels we stayed in. Ceilings are low for the rooms- if you are taller I don’t recommend these types of rooms. The staff lady was rude to us for some reason. Far from subway ie. 15+ min walk.

Good location. Not good far from the station. Access to a couple convenience stores within a couple mins walk. Overall beds were comfy, room had everything we needed. Though we did have to ask for the plates and pans but it was given promptly. I found the room to be quite dark at night even with all the lights on. But during the day, due to the large window this was not as bad.

The room was comfortable and perfect for recovering from a long day. Beds super comfy and the AC was a must. The staff members were super, SU-PER friendly and helpful. Went over and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Super recommended. Would go to Arcsens again without thinking twice.

Clean, location, & front staff very friendly. Able to exchange towels was great. No complaints
-
Peaceful neighbourhood, near to combinis, staff was very helpful! Shower room is spacious too
-
My only downside is I wish there was a rail to hold when going down the stairs and they felt a little precarious to go down.
-
Very modern rooms with nearby access to train stations, konbinis, and more. The area is adjacent to Akihabara which was just a short train ride away. The room was small for four people so be aware you will need to do some Tetris to make things work with luggage.

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of nearby amenities. Comparatively spacious for multiple travellers. Cool space layout. Heating element was a little out of place given the lack of cooking utensils, would be more helpful to have a microwave or toaster, but otherwise no issues!

Quiet location in a residential area. Apartments are very solid and noise proof, we hardly heard anyone else the whole stay. Small boutique hotel good for family of 4 or group of 4. The room was very modern and the kids loved the loft style sleeping. No cutlery, chopsticks, bowls, or mugs provided. These can be borrowed but just makes sense to have a few in the room. The stove is not necessary as there is nothing to cook with. A microwave in the room would serve better.

This was our second time staying here. We love it!!!! All four of us have our own beds and it's only a five minute walk to the Sumo stadium Ryogoku . Staff are polite and helpful. They accepted our sumo tickets for us and held onto them until we arrived. Staff also allowed us to leave our luggage before check in. We will stay again. Thank you. I have nothing bad to say.

Fantastic compact room, perfect for our family to crash in for a few days. Amazing location, kids could walk to the 7-11 for morning snacks and treats. Very friendly English speaking staff welcomed us and gave us some local recommendations and the location was very close to the train making getting around very easy, but also walkable to a range of locations. Lovely bathroom. We had a lot of luggage due to this stay being a stopover after a long trip, so space was a bit tight when we needed to get into the suitcases. But the room was incredible value and the sleeping configuration was great. Such a good use of space.
