Perfectly located in Kabukicho. Well isolated. Very clean. Staff super helpful.

There was no breakfast service. The fridge did not work, and we could not put there our breakfast items bought in a store. The staff could've spoken a little more English. We communicated with them mostly through an electronic interpreter.

Hot tube, size of the room was big...massage chair really good... And bar inside the room....very good for travellers too who want to try love hotels. Spacious

Great location, completely secure and discreet. Close to major public transport lines and good food. Highly recommend! A larger refrigerator for storing items during the stay, although we understand why it is set up the way that it is

Everything. The staff were amazing, the bathroom was amazing. The aou proofing and blackout blinds meant I could catch up on my jet lagged sleep. It was truly wonderful. There was nothing I didn't like.

A large room kept very clean in an adult only hotel. Located near metro stations and shops and restaurants nearby.

Very spacious room with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub some rooms have a sauna. A love hotel - so different from usual hotels. Can be rented by the hour. The room was kept very clean. A number of nearby cafes etc to eat in. The area was a little run down. Many other love hotels in the vicinity. A number of wise guys on the streets to be avoided.

Large and comfortable room with jacuzzi and flat tv in the bathroom The personnel didn't speak english and they required us to leave the room key at the reception every time we left the hotel

They are very formal and complaint. We had to stay a bit more and we could keep the room! I'd repeat.

Excellent location to all restaurants stations and shopping! A jucuzzi equipped bathroom. Lack of safe box and drawers for clothes. Maybe an English channels or sub titles on the tv shows. The ref at rm 206 not working .

It is close to all the action in Shinjuku and the rooms are large and quiet. The giant jacuzzi tub is amazing. The bed is quite hard and not very comfortable, but this is quite normal for beds in Japan.

Fabulous location can walk to many bars and restaurants. Very spacious in comparison to other venues in the area. Our room had space for our luggage, facilities were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. As a young British couple we were never made to feel uncomfortable and I felt very safe here. This is a love hotel so the rooms are smoking and a little dated as it serves for “rent by the hour” purposes. However this meant the space was large and the value was well worth it for our needs. I would stay here again.
