部屋が広い。目の前がスーパー。スタッフはとても感じが良いです。 ビル自体はかなり古いものをリノベーションで綺麗にした物件なので、水道管や、エレベーターは建築当時のものと思われます。 リノベーションはかなりしっかりされているので、目に見えるところは全て、綺麗です。

I felt at home. the kids loved it. The beds are comfy and the pillows are medical so my body was resting well. We loved the heated toilet seats ?. The staff are nice. The hotel allowed me to keep the extra bag until I traveled to another city, which made my life easier. There is a store in front of the hotel so we could buy food easily. There is a place near buy to exchange dollars, which is not available alot in Tokyo. nothing.

Good staffs and helpful at any time , close to idabasi station which easily connects to many places , good food (halal restaurant near by)

The facilities were top notch, it was nice to setup YouTube to the tv and the couch was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. A bit too far from the mass transit system for my preference but not a bad part of town by any means. Great food places are nearby.

I loved the amazing skin care provided when I didn’t have mine in my luggage. I have such sensitive skin and it was amazing. I felt like I was being provided for what I didn’t have and it was very comforting staying here. We will definitely come back! Plus amazing coffee shops super close by I am not sure

Staff is super helpful. The location is great easy to get to Tokyo Dome and the trains. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Will be staying at this location when I return to Tokyo.

I made it work but really wasn't happy for my children. The staff was very short and not understanding. I wasn't given the opportunity to cancel and get a refund. They said they would keep my payment. I wasn't given a better accommodation for a family of six.

Grocery store across the street. Easy access to trains as well as restaurants. Laundry service. Nothing was bad.

I liked how it was clean, quiet and spacious compared to other hotels. Also it was very convenient having a market in front of the hotel. Very good place to stay if you want be almost near to tokyo dome and its shopping centre next to it. Though not much of a dislike but the nearest station was almost a 10 min walk.
