It was close to the train stations we needed to take for transport and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We expected it, but the rooms were small. Thankfully, our child is still small so it didn’t feel as crowded, but the next time we visit we will need to book a bigger or another room (:

The location is good. Breakfast is also okay We took the room 17m^2 , but in the end, it was max 10! Very tiny! No space for a suitcase! Bathroom is so small!!! If you are higher than 175cm tall, you will not manage to take shower in standing position)))

Location was good - close to good transportation links but quite quiet at night. The staff were very helpful with navigating the luggage transfer. The double room was quite small - we found as we travelled further this was not unusual. If you need space, suggest booking a twin: we travelled as a four and the twin room was good for space

Hotel location is great for underground/subway links.The area to the North is very lively and a great night out. The room has power each side of the bed which is great. The toiletries in the bathroom are also very welcome. The addition of Pyjamas, Slippers and Robe were an additional surprise that made it feel personal to us. The Gym is limited to only two treadmills and other machines, but nice to have. Hotel is very clean and welcoming. It has a very good buffet breakfast, where they even provided Gluten-free, Vegan bread/rolls for my wife. More storage in the room would be good as opposed to a few hangers on hooks on the wall. The pictures on Booking.com made the rooms look bigger than it was too, so it would not be possible to fit any other furniture in the room regardless. It would have been nice to walk up and down the stairs between floors too as opposed to wait for the lift each time.

The location is good and there are many restaurants around this area. The room sizes are too small. But I guess that’s typical in Japan.

New and beautiful hotel, conveniently located near the train station on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The rooms are larger than the average hotel room in Japan. The staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful.

Akasaka neighborhood was a fantastic choice, not too crowded and perfect for rest after days of walking, hotel staff were kind and efficient, the bed was really comfortable. The room felt a bit tight.

No TV and floor made noises when standing in tub

Location to metro, restaurants, bars and shopping. Direct access to 7-11 Rooms are very small. Double room was too small for 2 people. The bed was up against the wall and we could not even open a suitcase without moving furniture. No drawers for clothes and no closet. The “closet” was hangers and a rod on the wall. Bathroom in double room was very small. Vents were dusty.
