Great hotel, location is away from all touristy areas but subway right outside hotel or 10 minute walk,, beautiful neighborhood, quiet, rooms are small but comfortable. the lobby is a monster, biggest open space i have ever seen, beautiful

The hotel in minato was in a quiet area but also right next to the subway station so very comfortable to travel. Very luxurious, feels like 5 star hotel - super clean , well maintained and such a great atmosphere! For two people the normal rooms are quite spacious for both of us plus two large suitcases. Breakfast had many options but was the same every day The staff were exceptional and amazing, always smiling and willing to assist Will return here next time ! I wish the meals had more variety and for some vegetarians friendly options but the food itself was fresh and good

Washing machine is available every second floor for just 600 jpy so it's a bonus too. The bathroom is a bit small Breakfast was lacking western style so we had to look for something else that we likes

The location was great. There was restaurants, 711i and Food Marts all in walking distance. It was easy to get on the trains.

Close to trains and lost of restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful! If someone else didn’t pick up laundry from community washer/dryer, no one else could use machines until they returned. This was more of a problem with inconsiderate guests than then hotel itself.

The room was bigger than I expected. In addition to the other amenities, the room was stocked with amazingly comfortable pajamas for my daughter and I to use during our stay. I liked everything about our stay at this hotel...I just wish we stayed in a place like this during our 8 nights in Osaka.

Very close to Ginza and a short taxi ride to Haneda airport. The lobby is awesome and huge. Very clean property! Daily happy hour was great too! things we didn't enjoy - breakfast - we prefer a continental breakfast and on that front the choices weren't great. The place serving breakfast was a separate restaurant in the building that the hotel has tied up with (I think). Secondly, the laundry facilities were very limited. Just 1 W/D in a couple of floors are not enough for a big hotel. Lastly, our bathroom had several issues - funky smell in the toilet and shower and a faulty bidet sensor that kept on flushing the toilet every few seconds and was annoying. Lastly, the staff weren't friendly (they were polite for sure) and I didn't get the feeling this was a 4 star property but more a 3 star property. The bathroom amenities were also very basic. Overall I didn't enjoy my stay at this property. We stayed at 4 different hotels during our stay in Japan and this was by far the worst of the lot unfortunately

Great location, right above the subway to everywhere, nice entrance, spacious rooms, only thing I’ll like then to clean room everyday. But we were able to leave luggage for 4 days while we travel to Kyoto at no extra charge. Convinced stores super close by. They don’t clean every day

It was very clean and had large rooms considering the location.

Clean, great location! Only two washer/dryers on even floors. Positive - they have individual codes so no one can take your things. Negative - people don’t come back for their clothes at the end of the cycle and no one else can use the machines until they return.

Clean, easy access to stations, staff were very helpful and nice, taxis readily available. Wish more towels were left in the bathroom
