Breakfast, nice room, quite location Nothing

The building is located in a fairly busy business district just about an eleven minute walk from the train station. It’s a super convenient location because there are three convenience stores about a one-three minute walk and a domino’s pizza right next to the entrance of the building. It’s also very easy to get picked up by a vehicle on the side of the building. I enjoyed the spacious facilities - I actually had plenty of space to stow my luggage and walk around. There were also free amenities in both the lobby and the rooms. My stay was comfortable. The elevators gave me a headache. There are only two but even when avoiding check ins and check out times, the elevators take a while to arrive and sometimes they stop at empty floors you don’t even click on. I almost felt bad for the staff who had to use them to transport their materials at the same time as I and others had to use them. It took a while and got pretty crowded. Furthermore, the cleaning schedule was kind of confusing for me. At check in I was informed that every third day the staff would perform a deep clean, but even after they did when I put the signs on the bed and door, I still got woken up by the phone to be told that deep cleaning had to be done. I even stated that it had been done the day prior to no avail. It wasn’t fun rushing out to give the staff space to clean last minute, but they left the room impecable. Due to the confusion on cleaning schedules I also noticed towels piling up on the door despite not asking for any new ones or having space for them in the bathroom. It became a little overwhelming, but the staff works very hard to keep the facilities clean and that is very much appreciated.

The staff was welcoming and knew english very well. We could leave our luggage before check in, which wss convenient. Also, the room was a bit bigger than the other ones we had on this trip. Beds and pillows comfortable. Location in a quieter part of city center, in business district, but still close to a few of metro stations to connect you to the rest of the city, with direct access to Asakusa line to connect you to both airports. Close to Tokyo station also. And very close to two 7 elevens!

The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was very nice. Rooms are clean and fresh. It is in a very quiet area but really not close to attractions. Trains available but takes time to get places.
-
The room could've been bigger but it's common for Japan hotels.

Good location, spacious bathroom. The pillow was quite uncomfortable
-
Really nice hotel and good size room for 3 people. Comfortable beds. Early 10am check out, but was able to extend time for a fee.

Checking in with passport at Front Desk was good but to do it again using the machine with the passport again was redundant. Overall, the machine checkin and checkout process was cold. The human interaction was lacking, too transactional.

Location was great, a short walking to subway in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to Imperial Palace, Akihabara and Ueno station. Room was spacious for Tokyo standards and breakfast was good, though you got the same everyday. Convenient that a 7-11 is in front of the hotel. Front desk staff isn't very friendly, and now that check-in and check-out is done through a machine, they should at least show some interest. Restaurant and cleaning staff were great, though.

Location Beds & pillows were very hard Breakfast was just OK, no fruit, scrambled eggs were very wet! Hot cocoa would be nice

It was a very friendly and comfortable stay. It was super clean and everything I needed was met. Great location to everywhere I needed to go. Excellent amenities nearby. Very accommodating staff. Great breakfast included.

Didn’t figure out the heating until we spoke to the front desk as we left.
-
Only one pillow was provided, and it was a bit too soft/low for my preference.

I was excited to use the streaming services like Netflix in Japan… just to find out you can’t log in using US/foreign accounts… Also, the drain got clogged way too fast on our first day there. This was hotel 4 out of 4 for us, and it was the first time it happened. It would be nice if there was a better drain… And most importantly, the bed/pillows were so uncomfortable. Our last four days in Japan spent in this hotel were the most tiring ones as we barely slept due to discomfort.

It’s new and clean, great location. None

Good price, comfortable, lots of space for Tokyo standards. The washing machine. It was fully used at night so we had to wait in the morning, took longer than expected and the laundry wasn’t even dried.
-
Clean, quiet. Our bathroom was big, there was a bath and a shower area. Also, the breakfast was well made.
