Room was excellent, staff incredibly friendly, storage space under the bed was a rare treat, and the air conditioning was excellent (a life saver!)
-
In the heart of Shinjuku, but also in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely loved hitting the batting cages next door after a night out of drinking since they close at 4AM. The bed was a little stiff, but good for your back LOL.

The room and bathroom are a little small but that is pretty standard for hotels in Japan.
-
The room it's a little small for 2 people

The staff are nice but that's it. There's nothing else appealing about the place. The hotel rooms are way too small. The hotel stinks and smells like vomit throughout the hallways. There are several prostitutes and sex workers right outside the building. The hotel is in a shady area basically on the border of the Kabukicho area. The hotel all in all is dirty, stinky, and overall just NOT worth your money.

Location is very good and the staff were very nice. Room is bit bigger than other similar hotels in the area but its still quite small. Toilet has a hard time flushing in my room and the ac did not go lower than 20 degrees celsius. Quite hot for summer nights.

Semi central to the area, I’ve stayed in a few places in Japan and this one had the least cigarette smoke out of anywhere I stayed. There was a microwave on my floor which was nice too, I’m not sure if there is one on every floor. The shower was dirty, almost looked like it had mold in it unfortunately. The shower also got the sink all wet because of the angle of the shower head and the sink sticking out into the shower. It also was just very loud in the area, but I get they can’t control that! The bed wasn’t totally comfortable, but okay for a few nights.

Cramped but that’s to be expected
-
Well female staff was always ready to help but male staff was kind of rude , were not ready to Help if u ask something to them we as a tourist ask for help but they don't know them self so what's the point

The location was great, 1 minute walk to Shinjuku main square. I did find some black hair in the bathroom and 1 on the bed. Apart from that it was a clean room.
-
Location and cleanliness. Room was stifling small. Two people could barely move between bed and wall. Also price indicated breakfast was included and we found out at check in that it wasn’t. We had much better experiences with higher quantity rooms at many locations we booked via Klook for much less money.

The location is quite central to places we wanted to visit during our stay. Shinjuku station is the main hub for our daily outings so it is convenient for us. The area is bustling throughout the day. Plenty of food options and shopping. The staff were polite and helpful. 10/10 for the housekeeping staff. They do not have any non dairy options (soya, oat, almond milk).

-
Location is very good. Area is in a quiet neighborhood with 7/11 near by and walking distance to restaurants and shops. They have a washer and drier too. Room is very small.
-
The rooms are not that big and they come every other day to clean the rooms
-
A little bit noisy at night

Good value hotel for Tokyo. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very small rooms, though I think it’s a Tokyo thing.
