This is a very big hotel, the gym was really good for a Tokyo property. Proximity to the station was also great. The breakfast was at multiple venues, the buffet had what looked like a 30minutes line just to be seated. You couldn’t easily pay for early check in or late check out.

The staff in the restaurants in the North Tower were also exemplary!
-
Super close to Shinagawa station, very well connected station. I came by Shinkansen and reached the hotel easily, also I went to the airport from that station with lugagge and it was not difficult to do so. The hotel is big, check in was self service but smooth process, the room was compact, and it had all I needed.

Very convenient location

Convenient location!!
-
Super small rooms but I didn’t mind because I was only there for the night

The hotel is located in a very convenient place that you don’t have to look far for what you need. Nothing. The security was also great.

The male staff for check-in help is quite rude, speaking tough English with a strong accent too. The female staff I met was very helpful and did a much better job. Also, the janitors could't speak in either English or Japanese, and were very hard to communicate with. Finally, the room is also too small and highly overpriced and I will never recommend this hotel to my friends/colleagues. Poor communication skills from almost all the staff

The self check in took too much time. I wish they do regular in-person check in.

When I check in through electric Check in Machine, The staffs are talking each other and late to come for helping the entry. And Breakfast service was not good. I chose omlet with drink. Toast (bread) was over cook and very hard. It was taking 10 more minutes to serve coffee when I ask them to bring coffee after finished breakfast. It seems they forgot may order.

Has the best luggage storage facilities of any hotel, without any additional fees. Some people find it hard to believe the luggage storage exists but a number of guests chose this property for this essential perk. For the paid airport bus, it has shuttle bus between facilities for the airport bus, but the paid airport bus itself does not stop here, so you need to take the free shuttle to the hotel with the paid airport bus stop

Location is extremely close to Shinagawa-station, What is an excellent starting point of Tokio visits. Easy to go to the center of the city or to go to the airports.
-
Location is very good The East Tower seems the oldest building like from 1980-s - the only power socket, old carpet, old molded sink basin

Well located.
-
There is no drinking water provide in the room.
-
Perfect for business travellers I wish the concierge was more accommodating for first time visitors of the hotel.
-
The room is very small

It’s a good location. they have a 7-11 you can access by walking through the other wings. Air conditioned! The bathtubs are really narrow where the shower head is. I bumped into the sink, the wall and constantly had a cold shower curtain pressed against my side.

Right next to the Keikyu line which connects to Haneda airport. Perfect for travellers on their last night as it is only about 30 min to the airport by train. Staff speaks English very well.
