Airporter service went smoothly.

There was a gap between the wall and the bathtub.. about 1cm or so. I know it's not my problem per se, but I felt so bad showering knowing that a good part of the water would seep into that gap. Hope there is a drain under there...

Very close to JR Tamachi Station with many dining and drinking options close by. Nothing much.

Quiet street next to big station and good connection with Tokyo central area. All the standard Japan hotel amenities one could expect.

Location was very convenient to the train station and subway lines. Nice to come back to a more quite neigborhood in the evening, but still had plenty of food options and grocery stores. We got two connecting rooms for 4 adults. The double bedroom was more spacious and felt more like a Western-sized room. The single bedroom was cramped and hard to walk around in. The bed was firm, but overall, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room size

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They speak good English if you are scared! We were so worried as we’ve never been to Japan before. They also provide everything possible in case you forget a toiletry. I would definitely recommend you stay here. It was also super clean. The washing machine was dirty so we had to find another spot to wash our clothes.

Although compact for two average sized adults, the room was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the neighborhood. The facility was accessible with great amenities and resources you could borrow and take for free. Not to mention the wonderful staff that always seemed to have their hands full with check ins and check outs but were the sweetest and most professional. We felt very welcomed and safe throughout our stay. It would have been nice to have more than one large trash bag accessible in the rooms, especially for longer stays. We felt like we were inconveniencing the staff every time we’d leave little bags of trash outside the door because they couldn’t fit into our room’s bin.

Convenient and clean! Nothing

The room and hotel were impeccably clean with a great comforter on the bed. Very easy access to the metro! The restaurant in the hotel was very good and affordable. Grocers and others stores nearby as well as a 7-eleven right on the corner. Very quiet area and lovely to walk around with water canals and boardwalks. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return! Far from downtown and the Shibuya area (but easily accessible if you’re comfortable taking the metro).

The STEP UP bathroom AND bathtub/shower should have safety bars in place, both in and out of bathroom especially for the handicap/elderly. Having a sign stating "slippery when wet..." doesn't do much for all safety reasons.

The location was great and staff clearly explained the room make up sign. There were only two washing and drying machines, though having more would be better. The room size was small as expected, but it was clean. Self check-in and check-out were very convenient. There was also space available for leaving luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Many convenience stores nearby. Only one pillow was provided. It would be better if there were two.

Ac didnt go down as much as my last one. Only 72f. I run warm so. Thats the only thing that bothered me

This hotel is super close to Tamachi Station, which is on the Yamanote Line (that ring line that takes you to all the most important spots in Tokyo). There are convenience stores and restaurants all around it, so finding food is no problem. There's even a supermarket right next door. The single rooms are big enough, and comfortable. Nothing in particular comes to mind.

Good location, near Tamachi sta., many restaurants surrounding, and hotel was good as Sotetsu standard! I’m looking forward to revist this place again. Also you can store you luggage before and after check-in which is convinient for traveller. It not about the stay but the hotel communication, I was ask hotel before check-in date about additional fee for extra guest. They told it’s 2,000 JPY/night but at the hotel they said 2,000-3,000 JPY/night depends on date and I paid 3,000 JPY which is unexpected for me.
