Pillows are a type I've found a lot in Japan with some stuffing and some hollow plastic beads, which are a little thin and lumpy. I'd prefer a foam pillow. The washer is a space saving apartment style combination washer/ dryer which tend to take a very long time for the dry function-- I'd be fine with a rack to hang clothes to dry.

Room has many appliances like washing machine and cooking stove. Built more like an apartment / airbnb than an actual hotel. Rooms were not very clean and smelled bad and the "washiki" room was just a couple of regular mattresses on the floor without bed frames (not at all authentic washiki), so if anything it was giving more broke college student dormitory vibe than traditional Japanese vibe.

Great location!!!! No place to hang out in lobby just to relax and room too small other than sleeping. Would be nice to have a lobby bathroom.

Good price value for location. Don’t expect anything fancy. Staff is nice and speaks English. Rooms were a tad rundown and I could hear the train through my window.

Close to Yutenji station, friendly staff, free coffee, luggage storage, will stay again. Smaller size room, no breakfast, but it was convenient to plenty of food options near the station

Amazing location. 5 min walk from main Yutenji Train station Location next to many cafes , food and stores. Loved the coffee available in the lobby!!

Location Not super clean as you would expect from hotels in Japan. Especially around the bottom of the washing machine. I didn’t feel comfortable using items from under the sink. It’s our second time, we got the larger room for lot more $ because the double bed room is tiny. This room they say can room up to 4 people, is comfortable for 2 ppl. it would be only possible to have 4 ppl stay by packing futons like sardines. Feels pricey for what you get. Not sure if we’ll stay here again..

The location was perfect! 1 minute walk from the station and around the hotel were many shops, restaurants and coffee bars. The peaceful vibes around the neighborhood were also amazing. -

Great equipment in the hotel room, including free washing machine and mini-kitchen – cosy hotel, close to the station in a quiet neighborhood Not as shiny modern as the pictures, but still a very good value for offered comfort – sometimes hard to communicate in English with the staff but they are super nice and accommodating - if would be great to have an international TV channels (eg. CNN, BBC, …)
