The bed was confortable and the room clean. I don’t like this hotel chain as a whole. I think the squeeze everything to the max in order to make the most amount possible of money. Small rooms, small bathroom.They don’t do house keeping , they leave a bag for you outside your door, deal with it. Check out at 10 is crazy early for travelers.

The location is great, the room is small but considering the price and overall hotel scene in Japan, it is quite worth the money.

very easy to get to from haneda airport (keikyu airport line) and near tokyo station when we needed to take the shinkansen. this particular APA Hotel was also more modern and looked newly built compared to other APA hotels. the room was tiny as expected but the layout and small details were all very well-thought of, especially the vanity table and vanity light. it was so easy to get ready in the morning, and found myself looking for this feature in other hotels which most didn’t have. the hotel is located in a more quiet neighbourhood which was nice and had a train station exit almost in front of it. requesting a late check-out was also easy to do because you could do it through your TV and the hourly rate for extension was very reasonable. nothing, loved everything! although for families with children that are planning to book their stays here, i was surprised to learn that there are adult channels on the TV that the kids might accidentally access.

Very clean hotel just around the corner from Bakuroyokoyama station. The staff at this hotel were excellent, free towels available for every night and excellent room service. Very clean and professional hotel. Nice view of the Skytree. Great comfortable stay Very minor but rooms are small, but overall standard size for Tokyo and Japan.

Super clean room, bed was very comfortable and the AC worked amazing. Small, but that's clear from the listings and is part of the price. The shower was fantastic. The location was also amazing, so close to the G and A lines. Super easy to get to all major POI in Tokyo, and lovely quiet surrounding area. Not really much, as long as you are OK with being in close proximity to your traveling partner and don't need to really spread your stuff out, then you're totally ok. Would stay again.

It was near a station, provided good breakfast and had many free, useful utilities given to us. Bathroom is small and there’s no hot spring.

Location is impeccable - very close to different metro stations connecting directly to Haneda airport and Shinyuku station. Nice restaurants close by. Room was small, but that's typical for Japan, but had everything I needed. Room and hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly, overall had a very nice stay. Cannot really think of anything that I did not like
