I really liked the location, as there are two metro stations nearby and it is very easy to get around. The beds were also very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The room was smaller than we expected. There was also no proper place to hang towels, and the air conditioning was a bit difficult to manage.

Very clean and staff was nice. Iron isn’t like the iron in the states so make sure your clothes aren’t wrinkled. Nothing. It was a great location.

A chair in the minimal double room would be appreciated.

The shower head has such great water pressure. Also, the cafe on the second floor has some great Americanos. Quality matches the price. I understand Tokyo Drift, but didn’t expect it to actually drift by the window side, hahah (or it's not drifting, just a fancy car show-off). It’s not a big problem to be honest, just found it interesting. I’d say the location won’t be ideal for anyone shopping in Shinjuku a lot. But the subway is sufficient and close, in that sense, it’s also ok.

the hotel staffs are highly hospitality, design and ambience is nice I like the hotel's scent the most, and great location. Tho its great location, at night there are street noise like ambulance and police siren
-
Way too small with no amenities. Shibuya all day place had better usage of space.
-
Super clean, amazing amenities and great location. A little small but didn't stay in there much, was always outside seeing the city! Check in is at 3pm, and if you arrive a little early this means you will have to return back by 10pm (latest) to check in

It was beautiful and pretty comfortable, the staff was amazing and super nice, they were so helpful with everything! the design of the hotel is really nice, we loved our stay and was so sad to leave -

The room was neat and cozy. The hallway smells really good, and the overall ambience was nice. The pillows were too soft and don’t really support your head.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around Tokyo very easy. The hotel is beautifully designed and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was outstanding. The cafe turned into a bar in the evenings which was a lovely bonus, with delicious cocktails that made for a perfect way to wind down in the evenings. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout our stay, including when we needed to send our luggage to the airport. When our first room had a slight smell upon arrival, they immediately moved us to another one without any fuss. The twin room layout makes the space feel a bit compact, which is worth keeping in mind if you’re travelling with multiple luggages. Also, there were no forks at the breakfast buffet, which was a small but puzzling oversight.
-
minimalistic design I didn’t like the fact that there was a long wavy red heart in the sink Also when I tried to take shower, the shower head fell and I had to repair it myself - my flight arrived late and had to check in around before midnight - didn’t want to deal with it Also the room temperature was too hot when I entire it was set to 26 - it should been been 24 -

It’s ok, nice room and modern style Charged us for early check in (4400 yen) and also we asked for an extra bottle of water and they wanted us to pay for that too.

It’s nice and clean and staff are generally helpful apart from on the last night. We stayed for one week, had one night away and then came back for our last night. Had to pay for 2 hour early check in 4400 yen and also we asked for an extra bottle of water and was asked to pay for that too. Otherwise it’s a nice place

Nice room, acceptable size for Tokyo Had to pay 4400 yen to check in 2 hours early. Also was asked to pay for extra water
-
Definitely on the tighter side. Take care about the chosen room size if you have large luggage, which was not our case. Also, it felt like the hot A/C was not doing much.
-
Nice ,simple and Elegant。Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't like the carpet in front of the elevator because that made the luggage very difficult to roll in and out.
-
Wish the windows would open though in the room to let some air in :)

DDD Hotel is a beautiful hotel in Tokyo — spotless, stylish, and welcoming. The entrance feels luxurious with its signature scent, and the whole hotel has a calm, modern vibe. My room was compact (which is expected for Tokyo) yet spacious enough for two people with two luggages. It also came with plenty of thoughtful amenities, including sleepwear and handy extras by the elevator. The bed and pillows were very comfortable — I slept so well after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was continental buffet style, with a diverse and fresh selection each morning. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and the pricing felt competitive for the quality offered. The staff were also very warm, helpful, and made the stay feel effortless. A perfect mix of boutique charm and quiet luxury — highly recommend. Truly nothing to dislike, this was my second stay, and I’d gladly choose to stay at DDD Hotel again whenever itinerary allows.
