Dormy Inn Premium Ginza Hot Springs

Very large hotel

Best location possible in Ginza. The rooms where a little small.

Amenities were great and amazing breakfast Very small bathroom

I reserved two room for 5 people and there was not enough room. They shouldn’t have let me book if they could not provide bedding for 3 people in a room. We had to book somewhere else

We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room, which was on the top floor and came with a semi-open-air bath! This was perfect since this was our first hotel, and it was wonderful to soak after spending all day on a plane. I loved the button that filled the bath to the correct level, and there was another faucet for the tub that could add more hot water, which was nice since the weather was a little cool when we were there. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were not able to take advantage of all the amenities offered because we were so busy exploring Tokyo! The location was awesome - it's within easy walking distance to several train stations, Tsukiji Market, and all the amazing shops in Ginza. Even though we were in the middle of a busy area, there wasn't a lot of noise. We even slept with the window open, and noise wasn't a problem at all. The beds were low to the ground. I think this is because we stayed in a more traditional room. They weren't futons at all, just lower than typical Western beds. They were perfectly comfortable for me, but my son complained a bit. If you struggle to get in and out of bed, this could potentially be a problem.

Room and amenities were amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food and location were great. Elevators were frequently busy.

Rooms are very small and no where to put things. Main lobby is limited

Central location, and the great amenities you can count on from Dormy Inn: Onsen, sauna, nighttime free ramen and free popsicles. I love all of the Dormy Inns I’ve stayed at so far. This one was a little pricier than any of the others.

Space is an issue, but likely this is normal in Tokyo. Rooms are very small. While they are advertised for 3 people (allowing one child), a queen bed is not appropriate for 2 adults and a child. Even without a child, room would be functional but still small for two adults.

Great onsen and sauna Room not that small like you except 10 minutes to Metro station by walk

The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. Location great and public transport nearby with v easy access to Haneda airport. One metro train with lift to street, 2-3minutes from hotel. Great Onsen and laundry facilities. Plus free noodles after 9.30pm! Good room size, double bed /sofa /luggage space. N/A

Breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient for shopping in Ginza and getting around in general. The bed and bathroom were small. I am 6ft so not an uncommon experience in Japan.

Great location about 10 min walk to subway and close to fun shopping, Michelin starred restaurants, and a fun record bar with great drinks and atmosphere. Loved the breakfast (about $15 pp) which included a fantastic Japanese and western assortment. The free midnight ramen and soft drinks/matcha/americano were a nice bonus. The spa was also incredible! Luggage storage was great too. Nothing!

Good location, clean facilities Front desk check in and any discussions very confusing and lengthy. We are very understanding of language differences and don't take issue with that, this seemed to be more of a "listening" on their part

Clean. Hot spring every night, easy access to metro.

I wish cleaning up at planter area. Moss building on concrete then possible to someone will be slipping the area. Otherwise great property. Location. I wish they have under way or regular cross walks to cross street. When have to go Main Street we have to go around.
