The room is unexpected and perfect for a couple like us because we like shower, sink and toilet are all separate. The location was just perfect for walking to stores I needed to go. It's a great location, all delicious restaurants, shops. N/A

Warm greeting by the msn from Sri Lanka - i’m sorry I forget his name. He was exceptional. Our corner room was beautiful and spacious. The music in the evening was a nice surprise. The continental breakfast could be much improved

Loved the layout and furniture and windows of the room. Great shower. We stayed here for our last night in Tokyo and did not even leave the room once we checked in.

Very nice, comfortable hotel in Ginza, a great area in Tokyo. Staff was very kind and always ready to help. Good breakfast options at the buffet. Welcome treats as well.
