Location is flawless! It’s right next to Ueno, and you can walk to many great attractions. The area is very quiet, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby, and several excellent restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast was beyond my expectations. I was excited every morning to wake up and eat there. Everything was delicious, and there was something new to try every day. The ladies working there were incredibly kind and caring. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, free drinks, two elevators, and excellent service. The staff at the front desk helped me change rooms at no extra charge after I accidentally booked a smoking room. I’m completely satisfied with this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Wifi was on a slow side.

I had accidentally booked a smoking room for two nights and the front desk said they didn’t have any non smoking rooms left when I came to drop my luggage in the morning. However, tae at the front desk was able to move a few bookings around and was able to find a non smoking room for me which I greatly appreciated

Location, staff, breakfast, free hot and cold drinks,comfortable bed, No ventilation in bathroom, hvac right above the bed’a pillow with cold air blowing on my head even when set on heat. I have gotten a runny nose just after first night. Very small room, small thin towels. I would not stay there again..
