The staff always responsive, fixed me an extra night due sudden change of plans on the way and made check in super smooth. Free breakfast included, awesome service. Definetly would recommend

Had many skincare/hairwash options and always provided fresh towels. The area is super safe and it’s a cute walk to the building. Bed size is good. You always have to transfer trains to the location. It is pretty easy and quick though.

Proximity to the baseball stadium The smell and overall vibe of the room.

Good location for person who have activity at Tokyo Dome. Also many subway lines for connection to around Tokyo too. A little cramp space. Even if I stay alone, it was so hard to arrange my stuff.

Very nice hotel in a really nice location. If it’s your first time visiting Japan, it’s very easy to get here from the airport, and the staff were very nice about changing my room when I messed up the booking.

The shower head would not stay pointed straight and kept rotating towards the wall. A small annoyance.

Breakfast good. Location close. Froze one night. They had me turn off the air conditioning and gave me a blanket.

The property is close to a lot of restaurants, malls, train station and don quijote. The staff were also kind and accommodating to my many requests hahaha. This was the second time I stayed in this place, first was during the eras tour last year in Feb and my family wanted me to stay here again for my short trip this year due to its convenience. They were also generous to freebies for breakfast.

Nothing actually It is so small, the room doesn’t fit one person and it is for 2, they clean it once every 3 days and in this one time they did not change the sheets and they did not even do the beds. Breakfast has pancakes and jam only. They charged us because we checked out at 10:50
