It’s efficiency Some of the staff behaved strangely to say the least. Unwillingness to resolve problems seriously and occasionally inability to communicate in English.

The convenience of the location to the Tokyodome. The room and its amenities. The toiletries available in the lobby. The laundry room on the 5th floor. The breakfast from the restaurant on the 3rd floor wasn't great.

The way it’s has restaurant (Saiseriya) and Donki in the same place with the hotel just made the experience whole lot better The lack of mirror in the bedroom

The hotel is located very close to tokyo dome, it has a train station nearby so you can travel everywhere easily, there is a jump shop close and a donquijote right beside the entrance, the room was spacious enough for us to open our suitcases and package everything we bought. The staff was friendly and spoke english, they recieved my luggage for me and placed it inside of my room before my arrival.

Proximity to the Tokyo Dome, restaurants, stores. Pillows were hard, bed was not comfortable, we were given a room for smokers.

Perfect location for Tokyo dome event and Korakuen. Easy access to train station. 10 min walk. Hotel is above the big store of Donki. Surrounded by many eateries. Room has small refrigerator. They were organized for early arrival guests. There was a ticket machine that dispensed a number. They assign rooms in order of your arrival at the hotel. I had #6 ticket at noon and received my room right at 2 pm when I returned from lunch. Room is a typical Japanese business hotel size w no room for large luggage. Not for large and tall people as the bathroom is very very small. Also there’s a small step up to bathroom.

Eco Cleaning is excellent enough. Next to DonQuijote 24hr is perfect. Next Zaiseriya for breakfat is excellent too. Just a little back and forth for a refund. But received the refund . Thank you very much.

Everyone and everything was great, The people were arguing next door and we could here them, they argued for hours. The staff helped rather quickly
