The elevators were slow so a stairs option would have been nice

This is a great hotel--clean, convenient and the staff is wonderful! I love the little perks like the coffee machine and public bath. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed there at the beginning of my trip and returned at the end; that's how much I loved it there!

Not much Rooms are way too small. Beds are very uncomfortable. Staff was rude once... wouldnt help call for a taxi...but generally nice.

there was no aircon during our stay. i dont remember reading something about it when the booking was made. i will not stay there again during winter season (March)

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and efficient room. Nice public bath. Free code and tea in the lobby. Room is a little small.

The staff are very kind. During check out they gave me and my family umbrellas to keep due to the rain. I also enjoyed the breakfast they provided. I ordered their pancake and it was yummy!

This hotel is excellent in all means. Location, services, and safety. Nothing really. We arrived around 1 p.m. from the airport, two hours before the checking-in time. They charged us for two hours for getting the room early.

The public bath The bathroom sink drainage is not working properly it drains slow, maybe also you can remove the tea area at the lobby and just make it a space for your guests to lounge while waiting to check in , the tea room is not being used by anyone anyway, also perhaps you can add bread, jam and butter (limited time only) in addition to your coffee it wont cost a leg anyways , at hotel tamayura near your hotel its like that

Location is good near station and walking distance to river, temple and skytree. A nice Room with river view ! Reception staff was average compared to other hotel. Step going in and out of the bathroom is too high could cause accidents.

-staff -location is great (5 minute walk to subway and 15-30 minutes away from major attractions) -limited but nice breakfast -clean room, quite small for family of four but very ergonomic and fine for a few days - very quiet in spite of off a major street

Good location & clean stay.

The Onsen change room was riddled with mold… you could smell it but you could also see it on the walls and the roof. I was pretty disappointed in this as you’d think that they would have proper ventilation in place for a facility offering a public bath. Definitely needs to be fixed instead of having fans on trying to mitigate the condensation.

Convenient location for multiple subway lines. Very clean. Helpful staff that spoke English. The wifi didn't work at any point in the week that I was there. Even when trying to work from the lobby.

The location of the property is excellent; it is close to the subway stations and places to eat.

Loved the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel after check out for free so we could go to the sumo tournament before departing on the next part of our trip in Japan. Very close to the train station. The room has just enough space for two people, though it was a little big cramped with our three luggages. We also wanted to do laundry after having been in Japan for a week, but there are only two laundry machines and everyone is already using both machines in the morning and especially at night, which is probably expected given those washing towels/clothes after using the sento. They do offer laundry service at a nearby facility, which can be useful if you don’t need clean clothes right away.
