Great location Some rooms have no windows

The food was the same day to day.

Excellent, helpful staff and terrific location a quiet two blocks from the buzzing energy of ikebukuro station. The in-room breakfast was very good, but after four days got to be monotonous. The in-room mist sauna was a nice bonus, though we didn't use it all that much. The double room was on the smaller side for our family of four. The room's window was covered by a tranparent material that looked cool, but meant we could not see outside from our room. The bathroom, between its mist sauna and two shower areas, had far more space than necessary, especially compared to the otherwise cramped room.

This hotel is total luxury. From the beautiful reception staff, to the amenities, to the mist sauna - you could never get anything like this at one of the big chain hotels for the price. I nearly cried I was so happy. The interior design, the attention to detail in terms of the amenities, the second floor with drinks and pastries...the colour palette - everything was perfect. Do yourself a favour and stay here. Tokyo is so exhausting and this hotel completely restores you. The room was spacious, well designed and beautiful and the little courtyard was a treat. The reception staff were so smart and kind and friendly - and very good looking! Even though I looked like a mess and my husband and kids looked like a mess after so much travelling, they were so polite and kind and made feel like we belonged. Thankyou Hisoca team, you made us feel very happy and relaxed. Nothing. Everything was beyond perfect.

as an Asian, we lurvve to say its a luxury to be able to get off the bed with a 3 sides bed space.... and to have a sofa with a small "dining" table was such a treat the shower area was kinda cold (we went at the end of March, and it was still chilly outside)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The design is beautiful, and everything is clean and very well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to many train lines, making it very convenient to get around. The area feels lively and vibrant, yet not overcrowded. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped — we had everything we needed and more. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

The staff are very nice and the facilities are thoughtful. I like the theme color of the hotel.

No windows in some rooms

Very aesthetic. Room was spacious and comfortable! Fantastic shower and the jetted bathtub was great - easily fit two large adults with plenty of room!

We had an amazing stay during our tokyo trip. All the staff are amazing and very helpful. ?

A bit outside from center like Tokyo Station but such a wonderful deal. Walking around the neighborhood is relaxing away from the hustle bustle. Check in is beautiful, staff very friendly and so helpful. There was a lounge area with snacks/drinks/games and seating area to enjoy, super cute and welcoming. The amenities was a super cute plus that I was not expecting to be so good. Room was spacious, clean, beds and pillows were so comfy. Will definitely return!

We stayed in a family bunk bed room on the 7th floor with 2 jacuzzi's. Kids loved the top beds and soaking after long days of walking. Location is very close to the main train station. Staff were very kind and attentive. We were able to ship our luggage there 2 days before our arrival. 2nd floor lounge or downstairs cafe was nice to be able to get a cup of coffee and get some work done. Didn't hear any outside noise through the night. Would definetly stay here again Living space was a bit smaller then anticipated, but its Japan so normal

Provate steam room and overall bathroom made the stay completely worthwhile.

We are a family of four and the size of our room fit our perfectly. We were floored with the cleanliness and attention to detail in our room. The bathroom/shower/spa was the best part. The staff helped ship our luggage to Kyoto and when we arrived in Kyoto our luggage was waiting for us in our room!
