The hotel is on a busy street, so it may not be the best choice for people looking for a quiet or traditional hotel atmosphere. Since it is more of a love hotel style, it might feel a bit unusual if you are not expecting that.

Great location right next to Kabukicho, with a comfy bed and a nice hot bath. There's beer and other beverages in the fridge that can be withdrawn for a small price per beverage, which you'll be billed for at checkout with no extra work on your part. This can be done with the push of a button, unlike other love hotels where beverages can require small coins on hand. The staff didn't speak English at all, and all the room instructions and menus are in Japanese only. This isn't a critique of the hotel, but things like checking in and out could be harder if you don't speak or read Japanese. If you leave the hotel and come back, you're supposed to leave your key at the front desk. Just a heads-up.

Keep in mind that this is a love hotel; although it's quiet and has a very nice room, you should also be aware that check-in is very late, 9 pm.

The value for money is extraordinary. We stayed in room 502 and it was very spacious. The bathtub was a great plus after a long day of walking. The receptionists were all very nice and willing to assist. Though they have no knowledge in English, we managed to communicate just fine. A fresh set of towels is provided every day, and the room gets cleaned. Although we knew it wasn't a non-smoking room, it had a little bit of a smell. Though it didn't really catch us by surprise it was unpleasant. The smell was also in every furniture including the bed. There was mold everywhere, mostly in the shower and the floor panels. Again - for the little we've paid for we expected a whole lot of worse. And lastly- there was no natural light in the room.

The leaving and returning is a little confusing for first-time visitors, because it's a Love Hotel, and be prepared for some unusual amenities. Other than that, solid.

Staff were friendly, room was very clean and had loads of complimentary toiletries. Was in a nice location, not too far from the train station. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and could have done with an extra few pillows, as only had one small pillow each.

Great location, great spot, way bigger than other Tokyo places at that price (and even higher)! The staff were nice (though it was a little odd not seeing their faces – maybe that’s a Tokyo thing to protect them). The bathroom was huge. In-room karaoke, water dispenser, huge sink, many samples of good products there for you to use, nice hot tub… way better than other places we stayed, and cheaper too! We even cancelled our other hotel booked for the last 2 days in Tokyo after visiting the rest of Japan, as we realised that this one is much better! If you want a convenient place, book this one! Don’t worry about it being a love hotel - no difference with other hotels, you won't even notice. Heads-up: Always check Japanese room sizes before booking in Japan. It's a big deal if you've got lots of luggage - sizes matters. It's not a problem at all for Altas! Nothing compared to what I liked!

I was surprised to find it was a "Love Hotel" where they rent rooms by the hour. I was apprehensive but there was no need - it seems many people stay for longer stays in these types of places because the facilities are good. We stayed in a room on the 6th floor for 6 nights, the room was a fair size, had a great spa & bathroom. A small fridge & a microwave along with a kettle for tea/coffee making. Lots of great lotion samples including bubble bath, body lotions etc (well is IS a love hotel)! - the lift is small but you never have to wait long for it. Room serviced everyday. Small Family Market store just 5 mins walk. Would definately stay again. Having to leave the key when you went out was a bit awkward - but they give you a laminated card with your room number and there was always somebody at reception (even at 3am)

Did not like having to hand in key every time we left the property

Love the location, so accessible. Staff were really friendly, I didn’t speak in English so can’t comment on anything there, but they were super friendly at the reception and sorted everything quickly. Room was sooo big the tv was huge and the room was perfectly clean and had lots of amenities even face masks which was soooo cute, and a water dispenser which was really good! Definitely one of the best options for the price. People will probably complain about the location, but just do your research properly, as for me, the location was exactly what I wanted so couldn’t be happier :) Bathroom floor could have been slightly cleaner but that’s just being picky at this point as everything that needed to be clean was, and it was perfect :)

The location is good and the room was bigger than usual in the area Ceiling was leaking water on the bed, I told them. They didn’t do anything about it. The girl at the front doesn’t speak English and can’t do anything. I contacted the property via booking, they didn’t reply. I tried contacting booking customer service, they didn’t do anything, they just replied “contact the property”.

Spacious room Value for money

it was a great size and very close to everything, the bed was comfy and the room had a nice sexy vibe check in was only at 9pm or you could check in earlier but it cost 1800 yen pp every half an hour which i didn’t really mind but just a heads up for anyone who books here and wants to check in before 9pm

Fantastic rooms, I was really impressed with the massive tv and variety of entertainment provided. This is a love hotel but was pleasantly surprised at the range of adult and non-adult content. Loved the spa bath and lots of extra skin care products that really make the stay feel special. Reception was very respectful and helpful. They communicated via a translate app on the touch pad so this place is easy for foreigners to access. The bed was a very comfortable futon. I have seen some negative reviews on it being thin however this is a traditional Japanese futon (on a raised bed frame) so it is normal and to be expected. Very comfortable for me personally. Only critique is the location is surrounded by other love hotels and we had some trouble finding a nice restaurant that wasn’t full already. However, the hotel offers room service (we did not try it but would next time).
