Nice and helpful staff. Not sound proof. Noisy sometimes.
-
Great location, friendly staff, and awesome kitchen space.
-
The one thing is that you cannot use your phone to talk in your room and you cannot eat in your room.

Ultra helpfull staff!!!! Also felt safe in the location immediately. Was able to sleep super well thpugh i usually cant in new places. Room was big enough for me to have 2 big suitcases open i really liked it!

Great location, the communication was prompt, facilities were good, they have a common kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment, but we didn't get to use it, On the rooftop there are washing and drying machines, unfortunately one of the washing machines was broken, otherwise it is fine. The walls are a bit thin, so you might hear noises if other people are talking on the phones or walking around at night, the Hostel does have the rules to keep quite during the night hours though. The bathroom and showers weren't the most modern, but for this price and location, we can't complain. Very close to metro station, plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, in summary, you can find everything you need even within the Asakusa area. First night was a bit noisy from other people talking loudly, but other nights were fine.

Nomad Hostel East is a clean, comfortable roomm and a good vvalue

Staying on higher floors is difficult if you have a lot of luggage since there is no elevator.
-
Everything is available from the utensils, kitchen, washing machine. Also, the staff is so nice and friendly to support me. I recommend this for everyone, especially solo travelers like me.

Room smelled like mold

Kitchen is everything you would need for simple meals. Enough showers that you should have no problem getting one. Bed comfy enough, space in room isn’t too bad for one person. Location is perfect, 6 minute walk to Asakusa/Ginza line and has direct line to Narita airport with elevators all the way. Rooftop balcony very nice for late night phone calls. Toilets are like outhouses and far from showers. Showers slightly moldy and musty, not horrible off putting. No elevator so third floor room with large heavy bags is pretty rough. Walls very thin.

Thin walls - basically u can hear people from other rooms chatting or steps from the corridors when somebody goes to the toilet. I was unlucky and had neighbors that were not considerate and did not care about controlling their voice volume after midnight.
-
like the room and the amenities maybe a little bit more cleanliness with the shower area as the shower area has some molds on it. understandable bec it is always humid in the room but all in all i liked my stay and will still stay here if ever i will be in tokyo

Very basic but had everything you would expect for a cheap hostel. Felt reasonably tidy and room was surprisingly comfortable
-
The location and the price. Everything was small.
-
Located on a peaceful street, walking distance from subway and convenience stores. Expected better facilities in the washroom
-
Comfortable beds, usable kitchen, clean room and common areas. Great rooftop to enjoy dinner/coffee/drink and watch the sun rise or set. A little musky smelling, but that's par for the course in a hot/humid area.

Perfectly clean and comfortable, good location but the walls are very thin- a bit noisy if other guests aren’t respectful.
