Liked the easy access. Liked being on first floor. Liked that they had laundry machines and provided soap. I like that there’s no key, only codes. Safe area and close to good things. The room was way too tiny. I thought it had a patio but it doesn’t. Bathroom tiny. Bed not comfortable. Flying bugs in the room and it gets soooo steamy. Dryer doesn’t work well so you have to run a few times. Halls are dirty and full of boxes and other items.

1. Bed is comfortable 2. Bath was refreshing 1. No Yukata (night dress) 2. No razor 3. No deodorizing spray for clothes 4. No morning tea/coffee bag 5. No light switch near the bed 6. I could not push the hand soap. Probably it was clogged. 7. I could not lock the door using the key provided. Probably the door lock was damaged.

Staff was quite helpful and responsive. The room did not look like on the photos with old and small bathroom.
