Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo

These rooms were spic and span. Very clean smelled well. The staff was amazing. Great front desk people wonderful attitudes a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking and the place is very well. Decorated with modern art deco beautiful finishes if you're ever in the Toledo area this is the place to stay and the rooms are reasonable price wise

Clean, nice sized rooms, free parking, close to food options, and the restaurant downstairs has good food. Close to the zoo and art museum. Bathroom was a bit small but sufficient.

Enjoyed the bar/restaurant. Kennedy was terrific, food was very good

Quite and clean

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Well our Air Conditioner did not work but the maintenance man was able to “put a bandaid on it” to get us through the night (room # 505) He was very pleasant and did what he could for us.

Exceptional

I loved everything about this hotel. The restaurant inside the hotel is delicious and they serve drinks. I recommend paying for the breakfast voucher. That was a great deal and the food was delicious. We had such an amazing time.

Great stay but disappointed that when we came back from concert the bar area was closed

We had a 2-night stay. We asked one of the housekeeper outside our room to be sure we got fresh towels. We gave her our room number. She was working three doors downn. We returned around 7PM to find no clean towels and no attention paid to the room. The front desk said they had no housekeeping staff at yhat time and handed us sime clean towels. The hook for the back of yhe bathroom door was missing. The window leaked and water pooled on the sill.

There was a horrible odor in the a cross between mildew and cat urine. Maintenance man sprayed but odor returned 10 minutes later. My room was not ready I had to suggest we get another room.

There was residue or dirt or something on the linoleum floor at entryway, I wiped it down and the cloth was black. The rooms have heavy steel doors, and when your door closes, it makes a loud crashing sound, so every time someone on the floor closes their door, you hear crash after crash of the doors closing. The towel rack in my bathroom fell out of the wall onto the floor during my stay, almost fell on me, I ran out of Kleenex within about an hour of check in, so clearly they didn’t fill the box. (thankfully I brought my own from home) The soap dispenser in the shower area did not work. I only stayed one night as I had a local event to attend. For the price, I was extremely disappointed. I only reported the soap and towel rack issues to staff at check out, because I didn’t want to take my time and energy to go through all of this. But again, for the cost, not worth it at all. I will not be returning. Ended up eating breakfast at a local place in town because the menu was so overpriced at the hotel.

The hotel was nice overall but I wouldn't book through Expedia. Misleading, booked the wrong date by accident, immediately called and told the only way to change it was double the price especially due to availability from hotel. I rebooked a new room for less with no issues on availability and had to take a loss on the original booking. My fault for not realizing the date defaulted back a month away but still crazy. Then the booking said pool and breakfast included. There was a pool but we were told the next morning breakfast was not included. I double checked the website which did also say breakfast up to $25 for a room of 4 sooo not sure.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean. Small bathroom. The pool was disappointing, cold and basically unappealing. The restaurant in the hotel is very good & it has Starbucks coffee. Always a plus!

Cute hotel Lady working at the bar was very rude

Cons: THE SWIMMING POOL CLOSED AT 8pm! If guests aren't allowed to check in until 4, why on earth would you close the pool so early?! That is one amenity that really can't be used much unless you stay at least 2 days. Not ideal for someone just passing through for a night.

A/c made a lot of noise turning off and on throughout the night
