Location way great, rooms were comfortable, staff was nice, beds comfortable, modern and nice. Great value. Parking was available. Frew mini breakfast with breads and coffee.

The location is near to the port, fish market and mural village. Parking was easy. The hotel is clean, modern and thoughtful with pyjamas supplied. This hotel is by far the best hotel I ever stay in Korea ? Nothing

Very comfortable business hotel. Breakfast was rather quite simple but their coffee was great and I liked. I stayed 5 nights and I had a quite plenty of options to eat outside. Housekeeping came every day and kept the room very comfortable. In the room, TV screen was very big and can chill in the room connecting with your own favorite media. I wish I had bit more variations for breakfast everyday. Also the location was not really in the real center. If you want to go around the city, taking the bus is the easiest and cheapest option.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. 24/7 reception with foreigner / non-Korean speaking friendly reception. Good location, easy walking distance to the harbor, traditional market, mural village, etc. Coffee/tea available at the reception, and breakfast is western-style (toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit) - simple but good. Great value for price! The parking lot in the back is tight on space, although the hotel staff will ensure that your car is parked safely and everyone's cars can be taken in/out without issue.

The hotel is stylish and modern without being too sterile. The room was cozy, clean, and well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. Although the spa bathtub was not super deep or long, the hot water was plentiful and the shower was good. The bathrobes are super cute. The bathtub was not deep or long enough. The jets were strong but weirdly placed so it bubbled a lot but it didn't offer much massage. The hotel itself is a brisk walk away from the port but not too far. Other than that, everything else was great, even the bathroom design was very pretty.

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Simple breakfast, toast and cereal but didn’t need anything else. Local buses get you everywhere. Had a great time at Tongyeong Skyline Luge. Cable car is also worth a visit, though it was closed this time we were in Tongyeong. Cannot think of anything.

The room was good The breakfast was really poor, only bread nothing to put on, so every customer was searching for food but there was nothing ?‍♀️

Most of the staff was smiling and helpful. Clean room. "Gameland" was closed most of the time, and it needs upgrading. This is essential to know for families travelling with children. Don't try to look like something you're not.

The bathroom was a bit dirty to me, but I have high standards for bathrooms because of my OCD.

Close to bus stop and market. Free breakfast and coffee station in the lobby. Small bedroom size but comfy bed.

Can't fault Brooks Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a good size. Staff were helpful and breakfast was great. Nothing.
