Able to have my pet! Toilet paper and Kleenex are very thin.

Nobody at the front desk to check in. 3 people waiting and no staff. We had to call a phone number on the desk to tell them we were trying to check in. Poor service!

Hotel was nice. We were just passing through so we needed a place to stay. Breakfast was good, room was a little warm and I couldn’t figure out how to turn up the AC. We arrived around 10:30pm and the staff there at the time was rude and obnoxious and didn’t like that I was trying to clarify a couple of questions that I had. The morning staff was kind though
