This place was nothing like the photos, This place has seen better days. The elevator was out, had to use another one, which was down a yucky hallway which had an abandoned pair of pantyhose on the floor! Night one, someone across from me was locked IN their room, so that was a loud night with banging and security. Next day, I got locked out of my room. Staff were apologetic however. Gym has only two very outdated pieces of equipment. Everything looked scrappy, unkept, and was smelly.

The hotel is dated and a little run-down, and could use fresh paint, deep cleaning and updates. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy and the breakfast was typical hotel food. It was ok for a 1 night stay, just passing through. One of the hardest mattresses we've had in a hotel. Good easy parking. was ok for the low price

Staff was unhelpful in resolving the simplest of issues. My remote control did not work. Maintenance was called twice. No one ever came. Went to desk. Agent gave me new, unprogrammed remote. Told if I couldn't figure it out maintenance would come. Unsuccessful programming. No maintenance ever provided.

Cockroach in my bathtub when I flipped on the light. Elevators don’t work from the garage floor so you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the only other elevator. The other elevator goes down to the garage floor but you can’t access it unless you have a keypad code.. very dated.. it also looks to be apartments with suspicious activity. The staff assured me that they had security outside but the car stayed parked and running in the far back corner of the hotel lot… probably sleeping while I walked my dogs at 5 am every morning.. I loved the history of the hotel but super disappointed with how dated the tower is..

The room was clean and the staff was helpful

The room was clean and they had a great breakfast.
-
The breakfast was great and the pool looked nice. The room was adequate but the elevator was a bit sketchy.
-
Quiet with amazing continental breakfast. Minutes to downtown.

Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly, and the place appeared clean. When checking into our room (very late at night), the room was filthy! There was also a sign in the room that said there was no front desk service after 11pm. Upon checkout I did report the state of the room, and supplied pictures to the front desk. Instead of discounting the room, or apologizing, they double charged me for the room! I am still fighting to get the double charge refunded!!

The hotel was nice. They said there was some renovations. The main elevators were out so the walk to the elevators was a little out of the way. My first rooms air conditioning didn't work quite well but they did give me a nice upgrade.

It was a quiet stay. The overhang entering the hotel is an eyesore. My friend who lives there said it was in the getto part. Sure did not look like it to me. I never felt unsafe. Just like anywhere else, don't make yourself be a target

clean room, beautiful courtyard, good breakfast.

Arrived late and stayed one night only. The hotel is very spacious and older. The staff was friendly and the room was clean
-
Only one working elevator for the tower made it difficult to leave with so many passengers.
-
Building is older but they are trying to keep up with all the needs. Our room (with 2 queens) was quiet, comfy bed and pillows, and updated nicely. Hot breakfast was great with lots of choices.
-
Really lovely building, lots of zones for relaxing and enjoying the fountain. Staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was apparently there are only two luggage carts for the entire building, and the path to the room was quite long.

It was obvious that this was once a very nice hotel, but it has not been kept up over the years. We only stayed one night, but if we had booked a longer stay, we would have looked for another place to spend the rest of our trip. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was good, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, those positives were not enough to make up for the poor condition of the room.

The place needs a major renovation. The main elevators were not working, we use the staff/ loading elevator. The carpet needs some serious renovation, it’s on its last tread. The place , probably was top 30 years ago but was never renovated. The room itself was ok. Last day there Tha fire alarm went off at 6:3 am and everybody has to leave the room. We were at the 11 th floor and use the stairs to get to the lobby. Only a fair experience

I liked nothing.

Bathroom sink & tub were clogged and water built up. Took a few hours for the water to go down, it was pretty gross. Fridge & Microwave did not work. Tried switching outlets & still did not work. Fire alarm went off at 6am & woke everyone up. It was unfortunate. It was because someone burnt popcorn in one of the microwaves in the first floor.
