Centrally located in the city. Parking garage was filthy.

Check in was easy and parking was convenient. Paid more than expected and no breakfast included. When I stay at Staybridge suites I get a big beautiful buffet for breakfast and it’s half the price for a suite.

We were stuck in toronto after our flight home was cancelled. The staff went above and beyond ti help us at a stressful time.

Central location. Clean rooms. Nice pool. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms not ready by check in time. Double beds small for two people. Constant Muzak in reception and no quiet area in which to wait after checking out. Not enough staff in reception (long lines to check in and out)

Location Bad room arrangement. We booked and paid earlier for high floor with Toronto Tower view many months in advance, but we only got bad view with bad view upon checking up. That’s not nice nor fair. It’s shows that the hotel staffs didn’t care to make prior arrangements as per guests’ requests

We stayed at this hotel for a Shopify conference. The hotel did not provide an invoice with our company details, which caused us a lot of trouble. Even though we gave them all the necessary information, they did not help us and kept referring us to Booking.com. Without Booking.com’s support, they would not have taken any action.
