It’s clean The breakfast food has limited choices, not value for money considering the payment made for breakfast. Request for Omelette to add to your meal are being given extra charges and some other little things which are usually given as part of the breakfast buffet in most 4 star hotels. The only choice you have in this hotel breakfast buffet is the already prepared fried scrambled egg which has been fried for sometime and when you get to the breakfast restaurant, it shows the signs of no more freshness

The hotel location was perfect. A short walk to everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious, modern and well-appointed. We enjoyed the powerful shower and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Due to the lift being out of service, it was a bit of a journey to the indoor pool and spa, so we didn't use them. The staff were, without exception, fantastic! This level of friendliness, willingness to help and just general poisitivity is not something we encounter often on our travels! We dined regularly in the Sports bar and watched a couple of the World Cup games too. The service was excellent, the food was good too, and the view of the baseball stadium amazing! The concierge level food offerings were very limited and the cooked items were very poor. We did not enjoy any of them, they seemed overcooked, or reheated. There were limited low sugar/diet drink options too. Can't fault the service though!
