Location, location, location Elevators doors were failing and we had to push the doors to make them work

Superb

The location is amazing and there’s so much around The bed was not very comfortable and I personally think 1,300 dollars for such a small room is a little steep but I would come back with a bigger room
-
Very clean and nice place to stay in a great location. Probably a bit more expensive than I would like, but the location and facilities speak for themselves.

Fashionable, clean. Felt like a high end hotel. Great coffee shop. Amazing location Loud ac unit. Glad I had earplugs

I really enjoyed my stay. My only cautions invlove the high prices in the Hunmble Donkey cafe and the outrageous prices charged by your ride service which I was insidted upon by your desk staff to use when I asked gor a taxi when my wifi would not work for Uber or a regular taxi The prices were double anything Uber charged or Beck when I wss able to access those services It was a serious unpleasnt shock to have their charge at end ofcacrequested ride Not even the Royal York gets away with sn inlicensed service such as uour hotel insists upon when asked for a taxi. Otherwise a good place to stay. But do rethink the ride con See above

The elevator made some problematic noises and the bathroom would have benefited from a make up Mirror and their was no safe in our room but it was clean, the location was great and the staff were very friendly. No make up mirror in the bathroom and more towels would have been nice.

The common areas on the main floor. Exceptional food. Funky decor. Comfy beds and super clean. Location!!!!

Great location. 10 minutes to Rogers Centre and 5 to the Union train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bathroom is a good size and the shower was very nice. We were on the 11th floor so the street (York) noise wasn’t an issue. The hotel has a restaurant/bar (Humble Donkey). Prices are typical of downtown TO. They say it’s open until 11:00 PM. We arrived back at the hotel after a Blue Jays game at 10:30 and were told in no uncertain it was closed. We were disappointed (PO’d) as we specifically came back to the hotel rather than lining up at one of the multiple restaurants we saw on the way back from the Rogers Centre. The room isn’t that large. There is no fridge or microwave. The “chair” in the room is really a stool on wheels.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a stay in Toronto. So easy for transport links of all kinds and a short walk to the CNTower, Hockey Hall of Fame, waterfront, St Lawrence Market and more. There were no negatives

Location, location, location - hotel is cross the street from a Tim Horton's for cheap food, 2 min walk from Union Station, walking distance from many attractions like Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower and others as described on its page. Room too small, but I understand being at this hotel must be primarily for location so I did only use room for a few hours a day to sleep and shower. It's not bad, it's just small.

Excellent location, well appointed. Rooms are great! Ammenities fantastic! Had to move the kettle around a bit to be able to find an outlet.

The check-in process was easy and quick. The room beat my expectations! The hotel is nicely located, and the value was great. I will stay there again when I travel to Toronto for work or leisure. The TV channel selection was not in the best HD quality but honestly I am just being picky.

Great location for what we needed. Clean Decent breakfast although juice AND coffee should be included for that price. Bar was expensive and closed quite early. They put us in a box room even though we were staying for 7 nights. I had to request to move. Coffee bags are ridiculous
