The staff was amazing. Could not be nicer and more helpful. They booked us on a boat trip over the phone and paid for it so we paid when we checked out. Rooms were very clean, comfy beds, good AC, breakfast was good. The one night we had dinner it was great. The businesses in this area are scattered and it was a much better choice to stay at a hotel with staff and everything we could’ve needed instead of an apartment. The beaches are beautiful. We are so glad we stayed at Hotel Mirfran- the hotel made our visit so much better. We liked everything- especially this hotel

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms. More than decent breakfast. All in all, exceeded my expectations, well worth the price.

In this hotel, I appreciated the cleanliness of the premises. I didn't like: The hotel was 700-800 meters from the beach and this is not correct because on the booking site it says that the hotel is directly on the beach, at the reception there were all the time two men who did not speak English and were not friendly. When I needed information, they replied every time "call Booking, I don't know" I think this is absurd. I will return to visit again Torre San Giovanni but never this hotel, I do not recommend this place.

Nice clean hotel, close enough to everything at Torre San Giovanni but far enough away for total peace and quiet at night time too. Would stay here again Staff could be a little more attentive, more than once we were left in reception, not quite sure what to do or who was available to answer our queries.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were extremely clean. Lo staff era molto amichevole e disponibile.
