You said it had reciprocal use of the pools with the other property. It does not. They charged me 25 euros.

Hotel location Gym Bathroom updated pool and rooftop deck very clean. No reception to check in and no where told your bags if you arrive early. The laminate floor in my room was pealing up could cut your feet if not careful. major construction going on next door right out my window a crane. lots of noise durring working hours due to this.

The location is fabulous. Room was clean and ac worked well. We booked a room the same day and somehow the charge went thru twice on my bank account. We noticed it immediately when booking and tried to contact a human to fix the mistake. We were directed bia messages to clear it up with Booking.com, they said we needed to talk to the property which said "too bad" We ended up paying for two rooms for one night. We had a reservation for dinner in the hotel that night at 9 and we were served at 11. Horrible experience and would never stay there again.

Good location l, clean room, good air conditioning No customer service. We were charged for two rooms, and we immediately reached out to them to notify them of the problem, and they said "too bad" We ended up paying for two rooms which were overpriced to begin with. They were more concerned of getting more money out of us then making it right. Also no human interaction all done thru messages (probably AI). We had a dinner reservation at 9 and didn't .get served until.after 11 pm. They treat there staff horrible, overworked understaffed. We heard them arguing in the kitchen. This hotel ruined our vacation.

Location, the staff, comfortable bed. I would like to remark the super job of the french person that replays all the messages in the chat as there is not a physical receptionist. He was AMAZING ( Sorry I forgot the name) , the girls in the breakfast were super !! Thank you for everything! In the room there was a bit of a humid smell ( toilet).

Staff at front desk was just courteous at best and seemed a bit uninformed not knowing how much a cab to the airport would be any having any kind of maps to use. Also, when booking it was confusing to know whether i was booking the Ritual or the Sirena. I they ere the same thing or next door but turns out not even close.

I was kind of underwhelmed right from arrival; very poor attention to detail. No help with bags, even turning on the lights in the room required a key card.. which was not provided, I had to dig out an old transit card. Common spaces were small, had very restricted hours, and did not feel premium at all. My shower barely drained.

- staff members were very friendly and kind - air-conditioning - roof terrace with bar/restaurant and swimming pool - very clean - 2 elevators - not very crowded - perfect location - towels were changed on regular basis - great and fast WI-FI - big, comfortable bed - big, flat screen TV - kettle and fridge in rooms - an amazing power-shower - very stylish bathroom - only for adults Everything was great but if I can suggest something, please get some hangers/hooks etc in the bathroom to hang towels....also it would be nice to have some storage like few shelves/drawers for clothing such as socks, underwear, shorts etc. Maybe the swimming pool could be deeper and bigger....0.85 deep is like for children.

Very friendly staff, clean and with great amenities! Great location for LGBT+ bars.

The bed is also very comfortable to sleep in. The rooftop pool and facilities were great — a nice place to relax and also meet new people. The soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear the water pipes and showers from the rooms next door and above, as well as footsteps and voices.

Super convenient location, 5 minute walk from train to airport/ Malaga/ Fuengirola. Clean, decent rooms. No complaints, although I stayed on an evening when the streets were quiet. I imagine it could be quite noisy at weekends.

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Given the low rate, and overall cleanliness and comfort of the room i may consider Hotel Ritual Sireno again in the future, but would also consider a beachfront property. It would've been nice to have access to the room earlier than 3pm. I have a very difficult time believing that occupancy was 100% the previous night this time of year , but oh well. The gym and lounge area were closed for renovations. Would have been nice to make mention of this prior to completing the reservation on Booking.com. The rooms should have safes for valuables.

The hotel is too bad. Also, I paid 100 euro as a credit and they told me I must to pay in case of broken stuff or purchase anything from the bar. However, I left the room as it is and my credit 100 euro didn’t back to my account All

very colorful hotel, nice lighting which made together made an interesting but cozy atmosphere. breakfast had many options and they made me eggs to order, though not many hearty options beyond that.

Location Nothing

The location and breakfast were really good. It’s not well built. You can hear everything from the the argument next door to the dragging of chairs the floor above you. I’d really suggest the company just start adding ear plugs to the stay’s amenity supplies and if you stay here, bring some.

Location is great, it's near the train station, bars, supermarket and restaurants. I had a pink room and I loved it, the balcony is small but nice, and the room was spacious. Although in the centre, it was quiet (I booked in November, and it was raining, therefore quiet on the streets anyway) The staff is great The frigde in my room was quiet - usually it makes a buzzing noise, but this one was completely silent. Side note: this hotel is LGBTQ-friendly if you don't like that, please choose another hotel. Only 1 thing: you could hear the neighbours pretty well when they were taking a shower or flushing the toilet.

The fact that I’m Asian so people start speaking English with me instead of Spanish is crazy but understandable.

Convenient , central location . A few minutes walk to the train station that takes you in 10 minutes to Malaga airport . Room has a good size . No safe .
