room was good size, bed was huge, and very comfortable, all staff were amazing and approachable. breakfast was value for money Nothing

Initially we were given a room on the top floor which was to high up so they moved us to the 3rd floor which was perfect. See view from all rooms, bus right outside to go to the town or walk it in 15 mins. Lots of supermarkets around and an ALDI 15 mins walk away. Bed and pillows were amazing, bathroom and shower were great. Loved the pool towels we were given that was very handy. Lots of sunbeds and no problem getting one any time of day, lots of places to sit either in the shade or in the sun. Jacuzzis were great also. The noise from the neighbouring rooms, walls very thin. Cleaning staff also very noisy. Pool quite small but still lovely. Fridge in room very very small. I thought the prices were quite high at the bar. Lift very small, quite frightening. I would still stay here again however

- very nice pool, jacuzzi and pool bar - the whole area was nice, clean and big enough - good breakfast options - nice view from the room - close to the beach ( 7 minute walk) - maybe open the pool a bit more early

Clean, well maintained, helpful staff. Looks just like the photos . Breakfast was great. Fluorescent lighting in the room. Like many hotels in Europe the room key card must be inserted to turn on electricity in the room. The problem is- that included the room refrigerator. So if you leave for the day the fridge is turned off while you are gone. Asked for an extra room card to keep the fridge on. The staff was happy to accommodate.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfy and air-conditioned rooms and nice jacuzzis. The breakfast was a bit meh and the cocktails could have been a bit better.

Everything. Staff were fantastic. Facilities were superb . Absolutely nothing .

Proximity to the beach was excellent and large selection of restaurants that had exceptional food. Pool area was relaxing. Music from the bar playing through the night wasn't ideal when on a lower floor and took a while to get used to but wasn't a deal breaker and wasn't extremely loud.

Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to beach and easy access to Malaga and surrounding areas Lift was small and clunky and felt unsafe. Should clarify that sea view is distant and immediate view is of busy road

The location is excellent. It’s conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and shops, the staff are very friendly and helpful, parking is close by and the pool and area is very nice. The rooms also have balconies. The TVs in the rooms are a bit small.

The staff were excellent, the breakfast buffet had a brilliant selection and the new sun deck is very impressive and modern Although the hotel advertised as accessable, the lifts are not large enough to accommodate wheelchair users

Fantastic room, lovely personnel, very helpful and forthcoming. Elevator seemed very dangerous, its not calibrated enough and with big hiccups and often stuck moments where you pray for the best. Pool side on the 1st floor and jacuzzi could have been heated..

Fantastic staff - went out of their way to help me with a twisted knee I needed help and with bookings to other places . They were nice and accommodating and gave good restaurant / tapas recommendations. They tried their best to make me feel comfortable. My room was a junior suite so came with a stunning view - even though past a busy street. I’d recommend this place thought the bar/pool area was a bit dead only because it was start of the season The doors of the rooms slam when people come in and out this can be jarring. There’s door stoppers but even with them they slam and can really startle you but this happens every morning or night at busy times otherwise it’s okay.
