The Sunday breakfast buffet was delicious and the attention from staff extraordinary.

Noise was a big issue, the bar and the restaurant had high levels of noise both early morning and late night.

This room should not be available to guests, maybe even the whole adjacent building. Rooms are located above a major hall which hosts weddings. Friday night the noise started from around 9pm and ended at 1am, saturday it lasted until 2am! Terrible!

The breakfast was delicious, the food was amazing. The staff was very friendly. Some of the valet parking employees were smoking outside the hotel before getting our car, my husband is asthmatic and that triggered an attack.

Location over charged me 500+ pesos for a cup off coffee because breakfast was only for 4 people and a friend of mine came to wish us a far well trip. I think i got robbed by the waitresses in breakfast for over charging me. Also tried calling over 20 times beacuse i forgot a shirt with money in it and they never answered the phone i was in room 1412

I like the open courtyard with convenient eating. The property needs capital improvements to fix the ceiling and get rid of the black mold in the open foyer area. Some parts look like they are going to fall off.

The rooms The attention of the waiter at the restaurant and also de they changed me from one room to another but they didn’t explained why they simple sent someone to help us with the suitcases.

staff was absolutely amazing and attentive to anything we needed. Facilities was clean and up to date. everything was excellent. We ordered food to be delivered and was taking it to our rooms and they stopped us and invited us to eat our food in the resteraunt. I ordered one of each of their desserts after we ate and they were all amazing! It was probably the friendliest and most attentive staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. I’ve never had people so willing to assist in any way when we’re staying in hotels in the US. It was my first time in Mexico, as I was there with my wife visiting her family and our stay at the Marriot Torreón was really wonderful and made our trip much more enjoyable. there was nothing we did not like. it was an excellent stay at this hotel.

Some ofthe lighting and phone didn't work the first few days.

Rooms need tlc, ceiling in the bathroom was showing a sign of deterioration. parking on the street, with valet guys keeping an eye o the vehicle? But the valet guys leave at night? there is parking inside a garage, but the way they have set up is very confusing.

The.prompt response from the cleaning staff when i told them about fungus The shower floor was with a lot of humidity: fungus. On the night was roaches coming from shower drain... I left the light on to avoid coming again. Room 1102 Booking.com told me the final rate and when paid time comes, there were extra fees and extra charges.
