This was the best view. The fire out was very cool. We enjoyed the room and all this property has to offer. Helpful staff.

This hotel looks to have been updated in the past 5 years so it is presents itself as newer inside. The location cannot be beat if you are planning a trip to Capitol Reef National Park. The restaurant is nice but pricey so plan for this in your budget. The hotel staff was efficient but not particularly friendly, more robotic. Good amenities and a great location!

Did not eat there

Breakfast is poor. Room is fine but run down. Pillows are incredibly lumpy. Waiting staff are nice and friendly.

It was good but it was not offering for the price paid

We loved the experience of staying in the Wagon. We had family in a teepee and they enjoyed their stay too. Pool was very refreshing after a long day in the sun. Very close to the park.

The part we were in was old! The walls were marred, the furniture torn and old (I put a towel over the fabric recliner because it had stains on it), the mattress was terrible! When we arrived the toilet paper had not been restocked. I would book directly through the official site so you can ask for the newer rooms. On a positive note, the view was outstanding and other amenities were very nice. Summary- ask for newer room!

Great cabins and facilities. Could have happily stayed longer

The view from the balcony was spectacular!

The only thing I would say is the maintenance of the rooms at least my room. Some of the cabinets didn't close. They seemed like somebody broke it, and they never fixed it. But, I mean, everything was fine. My cable, there was no signal and my TV, but I was too. That was fine too, no problem. It's not their fault. Thank you very much for your service. Even though my reservation was made like 20 minutes before I arrived, they took care of it. And then no problems, nice place. Look at the other options. They have multiple options. And either one, whatever you choose it's gonna be of your liking.

Great location for Capitol Reef, very cute little hotel. Next time I’d ensure we had time for the llama and horse encounters!

We enjoyed our stay in one of the two bedroom cabins facing the mountain. Was clean and beds were comfortable.

Room was roomy! Slept on the very comfy bed with a perfect pillow. Loved the balcony room with the mountain view! It was amazing to sit outside on the lanai and just stare at the vast mountain range. There was three of us and we couldn't of been happier with our stay at the Capitol Reef Resort.

Beautiful location overlooking Capitol Reef. Great resort with amazing views and different experiences such as bone fires, lama tours and stargazing. Seconds time at this resort and planned to return.

Good location, great view at the back balcony, and the pool and hot tub were really refreshing on the trip. Rooms are a little small and dated, and especially a very small TV in the room. Also, it would also be great if breakfast was included in the rate. It just seems to be kind of silly, as there's a lot of other options around as well.
