Breakfast was amazing, reception team was super helpful! Unfortunately the walls of the building are super thin, you could hear in a near by room child crying the whole night. But i think it is what it is.

The location is close to the attractions by car. Staffs were attentive and spoke a decent english. And loveeee the breakfast. Surroundings were peaceful and quiet,so perfect for a rest after long metro trips during the day.

The hotel is conveniently located not too far from the airport, which was perfect for my odd layover - landing at 5am and flying out at 11 pm the same day. The price for 2 nights was very reasonable, which I didn’t mind paying. Breakfast isn’t fancy, but the selection is good enough to try some local foods. There aren’t any restaurants within walking distance (I think), but that wasn’t an issue since I had my own day plans. Local e-hailing rides to and from the hotel are very reasonably priced. I didn’t really use the hotel facilities since I was only there to catch some sleep and take a shower. Nothing here to comment.

Tidy rooms and great cleaning service. The staff were nice and helpful in every way. Soft bed, all the necessities in the bathroom. Small changes could be made. For example, the desk light was just for decoration - it didn’t have a cord at all and obviously wasn’t supposed to work on batteries. The sauna doesn’t really have any privacy, I didn’t really like to change in a small closet and go across the public hall to get there. The changing closet doesn’t have a lock to store your belongings safely while you are inside the sauna. Also, at some point a large group of noisy neighbors moved in on my floor - around 5 or 6 people of Spanish or Latin American descent set up camp on the hall floor right next to my door at 10 pm. When I opened the door, I saw most of them had taken their shirts off while they loudly discussed something. I suggested that they move to the more convenient lobby area. They just shrugged and continued talking for half an hour more. I wish the hotel staff were able to explain to such guests to respect other people’s rest time.

I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was clean, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. The only downside was that instead of a proper double mattress, there were two single ones pushed together, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel left a good impression, and I would consider staying here again.

Lovely clean hotel with very helpful staff. Comfy bed and clean shower. Super cheap for our stay in Tashkent and breakfast was also included in the price. Opposite residential area with chickens and roosters that you can hear very early in the morning. Also a 20-25 minute ride from most attractions in the city, not a problem as taxis are so cheap on Yandex Go but just something to be aware of.

Excellent hotel, the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay. Good location, comfortable bed, excellent service Probably the air conditioner was not working well, it was quite warm outside and by the evening the room was stuffy, unfortunately the air conditioner did not work for cold. Only open windows saved the situation.

We had 2 bookings one for the 1st of April until the 3rd of April and one for the 3rd until the 6th of April, two days before checking in for the 1st of April they cancelled my booking for the 3rd until the 6th saying in card was not valid.When I checked in on the 1st with the credit card that was supposed to be not valid I asked them about it and they tried to lie about it at first then I asked them were they over booked and they told me they were. During our stay from the 1st of April until the 3rd we also had no housekeeping or water.We have stayed at this hotel previously and have never had a problem until this time was a different experience. A good hotel but ended up stay at the Green park hotel which in my opinion was a better hotel

We stayed here 3 times during our trip to Uzbekistán. It is a great location (close to Airport, city center) and very convenient with Yandex. Rooms are very comfortable and bed is great. Staff is helpfull, checkin is fast. Also a lot of choice at breakfast. I wouldn’t doubt : this is a great and convenient stay!
