Ichan Qala Premium Class Hotel

Very beautiful property in traditional style. Breakfast was good. Little things that could make the stay better - towel hangers are very uncomfortable to get the towels out or in.

The grounds and architecture of the hotel are beautiful. The food at the restaurant was great and I really enjoyed the live music at breakfast. The pool was a major highlight. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I want to give a special thanks to Muhammad and Nuriddin from the pool. They were awesome and took great care of me. Muhammad even offered to wake up at 3:30 AM to call me a Yandex to the airport (which was unnecessary). The bed was a bit hard and the cost for laundry and airport transfers are exceptionally high for the region, even when compared to other premium hotels.

Some dirty coffee cups (from someone else) stayed in the corridor in front of our room for 2 days although the cleaning lady came to our room and other rooms on our floor. Breakfast to take away was not great, no spoon for yogurt and dry toast bread...

Cool architecture style, but a bit remote

Great decor. Staff at front desk has bern really helpful. Room is nice and spacious. Pool is nice. Wifi speed is slow.

In the suite we stayed, bed side lamps were missing.

It was very quirky in that it is a series of "villas" which means lots of little outside places to sit. The staff were very friendly and it was a good experience.

The suite was huge and the bathroom was amazing. Clean facility. Great breakfast. My friend and I both booked hour-long massages. I showed up to mine on time and the masseuse was busy with someone else and told me to come back in a half hour so I cancelled mine. My friend then told me to take her slot but when I showed up, the masseuse was busy with yet another customer and told me to come back in an hour. So again, I cancelled. That evening, the guy at the front desk blamed us for not showing up on time so we had to set him straight. The hotel lost out on US$100 because of an unprofessional masseuse.

The architecture, breakfast,staff, spacious and spotless room Nothing

Overall hotel reminded me that I was in Uzbekistan, hotel architecture, decors, wooden floor, furnitures were just amazing! Rooms are within the villa, and gives you that privacy feeling instantly when you enter. Staffs were friendly and welcoming too and didn't hesitate to accommodate any request or questions we had. It was in the center of city and any places we wanted to go was within short reach including airport. Not saying it was bad but breakfast varieties could be better. And rooms were not sound proof as it had the significant gap under the door.

The hotel, staff, location, comfort, breakfast, amenities are simply outstanding. Their staff and service are just great. The one thing I wish they had was some consideration for people with physical limitations to climb stairs. I highly recommend!
