I want to commend your reception staff. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and incredibly responsive to all of my queries. The breakfast service staff needs to be more polite and attentive. It seems they work in a restaurant which does not belong to this hotel. Also, I felt the food quality could be improved. Specifically, hot buffet items and coffee.

It's very clean. Flooring shaining so much . It was glossy . Stuff from front door to the cleaning lady's to the breakfast lady's did wonderful job. . Everyone make sure your stay is excellent. Location excellent. 15min until Kosmonavt metro subway . Everything in walking distance , and restoration Kassa was excellent. Anyway I have a blast staying in this hotel. The deserve highest and many stars ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Microwave so so so need it . It's important have it in each room . And pillows was to high/hard , stiffed.

Highly recommend! I’ve stayed at so many hotels in Uzbekistan and this is definitely one of the best. I especially loved that there was a Korzinka and a grocery store right next to it. The room quality was excellent and breakfast was good. Overall, it’s great value for the money. If I return to Uzbekistan, I’ll definitely stay here again and I’m recommending it to everyone I know. ^^

A nice and comfortable place relatively close to the city center, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast could be definitely improved, it was bit tasteless and healthy options were limited.

the room was very nice (501) staff TRIED to be helpfull only one or two speak english breakfast was totaly different from what we saw in the picture. the hotel MUST update the breakfast picture and the products.

A really clean and comfortable hotel. Everything looks brand new! The rooms are comfortable, shower and bathroom excellent, tea and coffee making facilities fridge etc. Staff were really knowledgeable and helpful. There is an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel. The breakfast was superb! The beds were a bit hard but this seems to be normal in Uzbekistan. The nearest Metro station was about 15 minutes walk away.

Everything. One of the best stays in Central Asia. Slightly away from metro. But Yandex solved all the travelling issues.

This is the second time I have stayed at Leader Hotel. My family and I liked it so very much the first time we stayed and have decided whenever I return to Tashkent I will book same hotel. It's spectacularly clean, room is dust-free, and they have a small hamam in the basement which can be used for a small price. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel where delicious breakfast is served. The beds were a lot firmer than I remember when I visited the first time. But I did notice no matter which hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan this seems to be the norm.

Good and clean. Easy to get taxi to anywhere 1 staff speaks very good English, the rest were ok but not as good Supermarket nearby opens 24 h

Clean room. Tasty breakfast. Some staff nice and helpful. Relatively good location. Hard beds. No amenities except for liquid soap and shampoo. Only pricey transfer option avaliable. Mixed experience with the staff (some not polite and unhelpful). Noise from the street. Bad quality-price balance.
