Location The smell of the room is not good. Smell of Smoking everywhere!

The room 405 was very small. Just enough room for the bed. There was some stain next to the bed on the wall. I do not know what it was.

The staff of this hotel is unbelievably good, they know how to treat the guests, beautiful location and always clean, I will definitely stay at Summer Hotel if I visit Tashkent city again.

Check-out time is til noon. Kind staff who understands a basic English. Less than 15-min from the international airport. Lobby needs more sofa to be seated while checking-in and -out. Lots of Chinese guests stay and make little bit of noisy. Breakfast is low quality food provided. The breakfast must be improved for the international gusts , not only Chinese.

Superb

There is no small coffee table indoors, which is not very convenient

price, comfortable beds, cooperative staff. The lady working at the canteen - Gulya - is adorable - she is very friendly and she cooks tasty food. internet is very very slow! breakfast is good, but it is very much oriented for Chinese taste (some people may not like it)

the rooms were cozy and the beds were comfy. the location was in a quiet neighborhood with a few dining options only a minute’s walk away. there were lots of great options from the breakfast buffet as well the biggest disadvantage….if you want to connect to the hotel’s WiFi well be prepared to sit in the lobby to do so. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms despite having a bogus connecting signal on my phone. other patrons from all floors of the hotel complained as well. management didn’t seem surprised when confronted with the hotel’s WiFi issues. I found this completely unacceptable!! my room was clearly situated next to the floor’s designated modem but it was useless as WiFi simply was unavailable. it’s supposed to be a non-smoking establishment with signage forbidding the act but the owner was seen smoking in the lobby on numerous occasions. I could also smell cigarettes in my room, so the no smoking rule was obviously BS! although I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, there was clear signage threatening a fine to your bill if you took too much food to your table! I’ve never seen this threat in any hotel that I’ve ever stayed in.
