I very much appreciated the overall atmosphere, mostly the excellent staff, the distinct interior design, and the smaller size of the establishment. This neighborhood of Tashkent is among my favorites, because you can easily reach very good restaurants, shops and parks on foot. in And all of this value for a solid price. I had a very nice stay in this hotel and will definitely come back. What I could recommend are minor adjustments: a bit more variation in the breakfast menu and consider keeping the pool/sauna area open for longer than 7pm (otherwise it is difficult to enjoy this after a workday).

The room was spacious, the beds amazing, we slept so well here. The breakfast was very good and the staff let us use the pool and Hammam after it closed at 7pm which was very appreciated as we wanted to use it after a full day of exploring. Amazing staff and service, we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed the stay at this Hotel which I consider it to be 4*+ The room was very clean and was given a choice of room on arrival . The staff were very friendly and professional, just to name some: Mr. Asaad (was extra helpful and spoke very fluent English) and Mr. Sone's. Also the owner was present and welcomed us warmly and asked us if we needed anything and helped us in directions and good places to visit everything was perfect

Fantastic , new hotel. Excellent rooms with huge comfortable beds. Great bathroom with heated flooring. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staff were fantastic. Organised transport to snow and always pleasant and obliging. Front desk staff were wonderful when I became ill and accompanied us to a nearby health service. The pool, spa and sauna are superb and breakfast very good. Easy walk to metro, coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Cannot rate this hotel more highly. Nothing.

The most important thing is the very friendly and hospitable staff, always willing to help. I had a chance to meet the owner at the reception a few times, and it was a pleasure to talk with him as he tried to make the stay at the hotel even better. Charming design and high-quality finishes. Convenient location, cleanliness, and SPA area – everything is excellent.

The owner and staff here are terrific. They anticipate possible needs and respond to all inquiries/requests. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast is varied and well-prepared. There is no perfect location in Tashkent -- the city and sights are very spread out. There were recommended restaurants within 15 minutes on foot and the area was walkable. We are happy with our choice. A little closer to the metro would have been nice, but if you are willing walk a bit, it is reachable.

The hotel is very nice: we greatly enjoyed the room and its gigantic bed and took advantage of the pool, hamman and sauna. But the real highlight was definitely the staff - nice and thoughtful above and beyond what can reasonably be excepted. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Nothing to dislike!

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet area that is easily walkable -- close to a park, cafes, convenience stores. A good breakfast was provided each morning and staff were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-kept and our room was super clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect, from free transfer from the airport at night to the nice coffee offer when we were waiting our late night flight home. Location is great (city center, plus good coffee shop just around the corner :) The largest bed I've ever seen in hotels! Fresh and dry fruits and local nuts in the room - nice gesture! Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Will be back for a family vacation next spring Cannot think of anything

The stuff was extraordinary. I was picked up from the airport at 3.30am by two friendly and caring persons. Eaven if the plane was delayed for two hours they were still happy to get me to the hotel.
