nice place the room was comfortable. everyone was nice the bathroom need renovation it wasn’t that great. plus we had a trouble we the temperature with the water. also need to work on your bar menu. we ask for a cocktail that we couldn’t have then we ask for a simple mojito but it was made with tequila and no lemon

The staff...from reception to the barman to the cleaner...they are fantastic. I even got a late checkout. Nothing really.

Hotel is quite close to the airport and south train station. I need to stay in Tashkent several days, but the dates were not subsequent since I was travelling and staying in other cities during my trip. I booked the hotel 3 times. Although I did not have problems with first 2 bookings, during the last third stay I experienced unwanted troubles. I booked my stay through booking (again) and received confirmation, however when I entered to the hotel in order to check in I was informed that they had some problems with the web confirmations and they are fully booked, therefore I was not able to stay. All this happened during midnight which made me to search another hotel and the guy at the counter was indifferent and reluctant to assist me with my situation.
