Clean At 3 AM I was awakened by staff members talking loudly outside my room.

We liked absolutely everything about this hotel. It really gives European vibes. Rooms and facilities are so clean and in a perfect condition. The guy Abdulla at reception is just a legend. He was very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. A tru five star experience ? Absolutely nothing

We spent the New Year holidays at Villa Hakone with a group of four friends, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive. They greeted us upon arrival and were always available to assist with any questions, making us feel truly at home. The villa itself is stunning – everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, and looks exactly like in the pictures. It was perfectly suited for our group with three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The amenities are top-notch: a relaxing sauna, a cozy fireplace, a fantastic barbecue area, and the absolute highlight – a magnificent heated pool. Speaking of the pool, the hosts kindly heated it to a perfect 40 degrees for us! Swimming in that warm water on a winter day with a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake and the bay was pure magic. That very view provided us with front-row seats to the spectacular New Year's Eve fireworks display over the water – an incredible moment. The villa is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, down to the smallest pleasant details in the kitchen, which made our stay very convenient. The location is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by forest. There is a convenience store nearby, but the hosts even kindly gave us a lift to a larger supermarket. There, we bought fresh fish, meat, and vegetables for our New Year's feast, which we later grilled to perfection. It’s a beautiful, tranquil place, and we captured countless Instagram-worthy photos. We will definitely be recommending Villa Hakone to all our friends and hope to return one day. Thank you for a perfect start to the New Year! None

Nothing all was great

I liked everything about the hotel. Had a very nice view. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are very clean. The stuff are very friendly. They help you with everything. Plus I gave them a small request that it was my mother‘s birthday and that I wanted a little set up for the birthday and they honestly did not Disappoint. They brought my mom a bouquet of flowers and they also brought her a plate of a cake and it was absolutely amazing. It was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had in Uzbekistan and the payment was also very nice and easy. The staff knew how to speak English which is very good for tourists And the prices are very amazing?? so overall I really like the hotel and My mum really likes the hotel!!! All the way from ??

Staff is very friendly breakfast is nice rooms are clean and nice Pillow is hard and room is not sound proof and it is in the courtyard and ladies were yelling all night 2 am and morning 8:30 am

We and our friends stayed at the Hotel Europe. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The hotel has a pool, sauna, a small gym, and a restaurant. There is a cozy courtyard where we liked to sit in the evenings. The breakfasts were very diverse and very tasty, with something for everyone. The breakfast service was excellent. The staff were very pleasant, professional, hospitable, helpful, and friendly.

Its was a very wonderful experience staying at Europe Hotel Tashkent! The property is clean and cozy. We truly enjoyed our time there, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends! The staff was amazing, especially Rakhim, as he is definitely a bright example of a professional hotelier, who sincerely cares of guests!

I had a fantastic stay at Europe hotel! The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a great blend of comfort and local charm. The rooms were spacious and cozy, the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. What really made our stay memorable was the incredible hospitality - especially from Fatih. He was super kind, professional, and always ready to help. He was very flexible with our requests, even allowing us a early check-in without any hassle, just making sure we had everything we needed, Fatih went above and beyond. Thanks to him and the entire team, our experience felt easy, relaxed, and truly welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel - and make sure to say hi to Fatih!

Exceptional stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The rooms are new, modern, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fresh and varied—something for everyone. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport and makes a perfect base for exploring Tashkent. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and relaxing. Highly recommended—would definitely book again! Honestly, nothing major to complain about. Everything was well-organized and comfortable.
