Qushbegi Plaza Hotel

The hotel is close to the airport, the staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly and the rooms are huge and very quiet. I loved the hotel and felt very looked after by the staff. Nothing.

Honestly one of the best hotels you’ll ever stay in and there is no hyperbole there. I have stayed in some very luxurious hotels so when I read how good the service has been for other guests I was intrigued - they are completely right, nothing is too big for the staff to help you with and they are the most respectful I’ve witnessed in a hotel setting. The facilities are great, the bedroom is amazing and very modern and newly furnished. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean. I liked the breakfast, there were some nice things included. It’s not that I didn’t like it but my two improvements would be: Breakfast - I liked it and I would be happy to have it again. It was a little limited in comparison to other luxury hotels and I think I would struggle if staying here for a week. However less than 4 days, you’ll be fine. I think it maybe needed some eggs, maybe some toast option and maybe bacon. Sauna/Spa/Pool - this is partly my fault for not asking reception (I was only staying one day so it didn’t matter too much) but there isn’t any information on how to use the sauna and I didn’t see any information on the spa. Maybe just having signs in the pool/spa area with more information or including information when checking in would be helpful. These are both minor things and didn’t detract from a 10/10 stay - I would happily stay here again.

I will cut to the chase - I travel with my job a lot and this is the best service I have ever experienced in any hotel, anywhere. It is the kind of personalised, wonderful service that a lot of places claim to provide. Firstly, the hotel is lovely, grand, clean and comfortable. My room was spacious, well-presented and finished to a high level. The facilities (such as the gym and pool) are probably above what you would reasonably expect from a hotel. The selection of restaurants and bars for a hotel of this size was very good, and all the food I had there was great. I would like to express my deep gratitude to manager Hassan and his team for the quality service, for your high professionalism, for your high responsibility and absolute confidence and outstanding hard work!

First of all I liked the location near to everything and the building was new and of course no smell

A new hotel with a swimming pool at the reasonable price. Everything was clean and organized. Staffs were kind and responsible. Manager Otabek was very helpful with many local tips. I will stay at Qushbegi Plaza again in my next visit to Tashkent. Breakfast was wonderful, but could have a little more variety of main dishes from day to day. It would not be an issue if you stay for less than 3 days. I stayed for a week.

It is relatively a new hotel, so rooms and everything are very nice! I recommend. Location is excellent for train station South and the airport. N/A.

After 09:30 A/C system automatically converting to heater. That is should be decided by the customer not hotel.
