Location is very good. It’s in a quiet street and not too far from the center.

The room given to us was big. Staffs are accommodating enough to fix the problem in the bathroom There was a very bad smell from the toilet. Leaking from the shower area.

Second floor, nice large room, simple but functional facilities with a open view. Quiet, nice neighborhood, with restaurants around. The staff has been very helpfull. I liked my stay there. I recommend.

Clean, quiet, comfortable bed The hotel made an overbooking so one night I spent at another very cheap and bad hotel, I was so disappointed. That was so bad experience and I didn’t even heard any excuses for the hotel staff

It's a wonderful place ! The location was perfect for me - close to the market, pedestrian street, metro. Quiet neighborhood. The staff were amazing - so helpful, professional, and kind. The hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything!

Staff was polite and the room was spacious

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Abdulaziz was eager to share about his culture and learn about mine. The breakfast was good. The location was close to supermarket and restaurants too.

The property is genuinely comfortable the room was clean, the bed was firm in a good way, and the AC actually worked without sounding like a tractor. The staff were polite and quick to handle check-in, which matters when you’re exhausted after meetings. The lobby and common areas felt modern and well-maintained, giving the place a more premium vibe than I expected. Wi-Fi was a bit annoying not horrible, but definitely unstable at times, which isn’t ideal when you’re here for work.

Location is just ok. They were making us change rooms after one day during our two day stay even though we booked in advance. We packed up our things, then when we were about to move they said we no longer needed to, which disrupted our day. Toilet was broken for one day but they fixed it.

We booked an additional night specifically to get some rest before a long night flight. Unfortunately, in the late afternoon, someone entered our room to carry out unexpected maintenance work (which we hadn't requested). The noise was very disruptive, and the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. Although we received a $5 discount after complaining, it didn’t make up for the fact that we couldn’t rest — which was the sole reason for booking the extra night. This situation showed a lack of consideration for guests’ needs. We strongly encourage the property to improve communication and show more respect for guests’ privacy and comfort.

Discount price TV stopped working and they didn’t fix it. No daily water or teabags refill. No bathrobe.

Nothing Dirty, old sheets and room, dirty breakfast room. Dirty bathroom. You can open with the same door card all the rooms. For breakfast egg and cornflakes. Disaster
