The key from the rooms turned out to open any door in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Aircon loud, the walls are thin, could hear people from other rooms or outside. The price of our accommodation turned out different when we arrived, not convenient.

Location, Room and Staff was all great. The offer is with swimming pool. Yes there is a pool but it is out of service for long time and no indication it will be reopened soon. By outside temperature above 30 degree would use this pool! Please remove the indication of the pool and everything would be great.

inside the room everything is old and dirty. Bed is very not comfortable

Very noisy. I stayed there for one night, because of my connection flight. It was really important to sleep well but it was impossible, all night there was noise and nobody was responding.old facilities and very strange staff. We were two girls and feeling was not nice, lots of boys around with very strange attitudes.

Room was clean, big. But not as shown in pictures, or written in description. TV was not working, and the price was quite high. Situated is in the colony.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at Shosh Palace. The location was very convinient. The rooms were clean and the staff was very mindful. They themselves recognised that I had extened my stay on a new booking and gave me my new room earlier than the standard check in time. The breakfast was a nice touch. The rooms are lso well priced and definetly value for money. Nothing.

Location was nice As advertise in booking. Com crib is available on request. However, when you ask it's not available in the hotel. Room was stinky even though we tried to ventilate it.

I appreciated the variety of options they had at breakfast. I did notice that they often ran out of things and didn't always replace them for the next guests. We had booked a family room with a full bed and one twin bed, and instead were given a room with 3 twins. It worked fine, but was not what we expected.
