Great stay . Everything was clean . Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Pretty much a minutes walk to various bars , and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

I liked the convenience of the stores in the area. The hotel pool was a plus but was a bit crowded with kids. I wish the bed was more comfortable as I have stayed in many Hampton hotels and the best part is always the bed this time it was uncomfortable. Also the booking said 2 queen beds and I feel the beds were full size. The breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean . I definitely would stay here again.

Middle of downtown Towson. Clean area clean building. Room was immaculate.

Had a nice view of big machines outside of my window. Other than that it was good.

Check in was great. Was quick & friendly. Breakfast was great. Spacious rooms. Not crazy about the parking up the street in a parking garage that's extra cost or the load-in check-in parking area in front that was full but I was the only person checking in & nobody was in the vehicles. Had to park up the street in a metered spot to check in. The location is convenient to Towson University, county offices, restaurants and the shopping mall is a short walk.

Great stay, only downside was our room was on the 2nd floor in the front of the hotel and close to the elevators. There was a lot of street noise as well as hallway noise.

The staff was not the friendliest I have encountered in my stays at Hampton Inn. I had two reservations and requested to combine them into one so that I did not have to change rooms and while she accommodated my request, she did not explain to me that I would need to come downstairs and check out and check back in. This resulted in the cleaning staff knocking on my door no less than five times in the morning/afternoon just trying to do their job due to the lack of communication. When I finally called downstairs to ask if they could make a note of it, she told me I needed to come downstairs and check out and check back in. There were multiple miscommunications or lack of communications in my short stay. This was from the reservation to the checkout to a simple request for additional towels that had to be repeated three times before receiving them too late to take a shower before a function I was now late for. The sliding door to the bathroom is a safety hazard. My finger got caught between the sliding door and the wall and jammed my finger and caused it to split open and become a bloody mass. Hence the request for additional towels, so I could get clean before having to leave to make it to my function on time and the towels never did make it insufficient time for me to get cleaned up before I left. I cannot imagine if a child or an elderly person with slower reflexes had gotten their hand caught in the door. Those are heavy doors! Unsafe.

The property is in a great location. Room was clean and exactly what we needed for our 1 night stay.

Staff was nice when I called them to let them know I would be 30 minutes late to check in. When I arrived they were really nice. The space was really nice and the room too was nice and clean. I would say I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would come back again if another concert were to happen. I came here because I came for the bts concert! Thank you staff members! :)

Exceptional

So-so breakfast, typical for a hotel. Location was good, staff was average at best. Pillows were awful, no cushion whatsoever. Since when do you not get room services every day? If it’s every other day, then the room rate should reflect that.
