Hotel Tonnara

Staff in breakfast place was nice Women’s in Reception were very rude. There was no intercom in suite No iron or steamer. We asked for extra pillows, they told us we have only one pillow.

Beautiful location Although there was a beautiful pool no one bothered to accommodate it with umbrellas and the pool bar had no one to service guests you needed to ask for someone to service it

The bathroom stinks

Seafront and access to beach. Staff very pleasant. Tiny rooms with no outlook and little natural light. Artificial lighting inadequate. Tired decor. Rebuilding works noisy. No real bar or lounge facilities apart from lobby and beside the pool.

The place is very beautiful. The rooms are very noisy, there is non room service or food snacks, so either you eat during restaurant working hours or you stay hungry. The staff are short and they seams to be always a bit stress all i think is because of the pressure. ( should hire more people)

Although the location itself is great, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel. Way too expensive for what it offers. Room was not renovated, towels were also quite old, breakfast was not good. It was only the closest hotel to the celebration I was invited to.

Check in was okay The accommodation was very basic and the aircon was noisy. There was a cockroach in the bathroom which is unacceptable at any level. The hotel is also on a busy road but is the only hotel in Trabia and if we hadn't needed to attend a wedding nearby we definitley wouldn't have stayed

Beautiful property. Pool excellent. Beds were not very comfortable. Sea view was limited. Hotel staff were not that helpful. Room safe did not work and reception kept telling us someone would be up to fix it but it never happened either day of our stay.

Probably worst place I’ve stayed, facilities weren’t great. The pool was lovely but it shut between 1:30pm and 3pm for some reason, which is prime time. Bathroom was so old and smelt funny, and mattresses were uncomfortable. The staff were lovely. But the hotel let it down, the breakfast was also awful and for how much we spent, didn’t warrant the stay. I’m sad to write a bad review, as I never take the time to do this, but felt like I should give future travellers warning to not waste their money unfortunately. Facilities, breakfast, bedrooms, lack of service by the pool.

Pool is lovely and nice and peaceful. Much bigger than seems in photos. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Great seafood restaurant across the street. Price is reasonable too. Was there for a wedding one minute down the road so location was perfect for that, but other wise would not stay here. Beds are rock hard, just one plug in the large room, even with an extension lead I still couldn’t do my hair in the mirror. Bar at pool is very very basic too, and they tried adding on drinks to my room that I never drink. Unless staying there for a wedding at the venue next door then don’t stay, the town is very strange and there’s nothing around. Perfect little place for venue guest from next door though, and reasonably priced.

The restaurant was very good and the grounds were pleasant for walking My reservation was for a Suite. I was given one bedroom with bathroom. There were no free toiletries (except 2 tiny soaps) no bathrobe, no sofa, no desk, no minibar (only an empty fridge) and no dining table. For your information I was put in Room No. 1 (one).

Exceptional

We had a beautiful sea view and the room was a good size. The breakfast was basic and we would of liked tea and coffee facilities in the room.

The views to the ocean! The staff wasn’t much around to assist. When we went to eat breakfast there was just 1 person and a small selection of food; literally fruits, bread and coffee. The rooms where far away and we got lost and had to find out way because no one helped us.

This hotel is joke The pool and gym is open only by reservationand for extra cost Rooms are old, only one power take out You choose. ” light or sharge your phone!” Breakfast room noise level like a ship yard Totally owerpriced!!

Superior room bed size and sea view were good, location for travel and clean. Definitely not a 4 Star hotel, dated room interior, breakfast was poor and only slightly improved when 3 coach loads of German guests stayed, not a clean beach with locals letting dogs foul on the beach.
