The staff are very helpful. One of the days, my vehicle battery was down, and they recharged it, then they contacted the rent car manager to repair the issue. The parking of vehicle but the staff will take care of parking.. so don't worry

Location Poor hygiene, dirty furniture at the reception and in the room. Terrible smell of mold in the room. To make it short, the hotel needs total renovation. Such a great location, what a pity.

the location was relay nice in the center of town. A weird smell in the lobby of the hotel to start. the quality of the breakfast was really disappointed. On the first day we were sleeping so when the housekeeping came we say no and the days after she did not show up. I should request to get paper toilet and extra towel they cannot bring it to the from even if I request at the morning.. To finish they propose me to change room which was kind but the way that the staff contact me and mentioned that we agree which was totally false makes me uncomfortable. the overall cleaning of the room was below the hospitality standard.

1. it’s close to everything : supermarket … restaurants .. Masjid / Mosk … 2. close to the center 5 mints walking only . 3. resturant is near by just 5 mints walking . 4. The Garden / Ataturk maidan is near 5 mints walking and it’s like a garden with chairs u can seat there and have a fresh air and it’s very close to the resturant . 5. Exchange shops are in the center are many there just 5 mints walking , but before u do the exchange try to check 3 to 4 ships of the exchange cuz everyone has different rate .. choose the best rate . 6. always take with u USD when u go there then change your currency per day when u need … cuz the rate are not fixed . 7. prices are great for the property was cheap … staff was nice and friendly specially Mr. Abdulla … he is really gentleman and perfect friendly person and really I am thanking him so much . 8. breakfast was ok / my rate to the breakfast 7/10 French fries ? - cheese ?- tea ☕️ - Coffee ☕️ - bread ?- olive ?- tomato ? - omelet Egg ? - which is simple break fast - they serving u when u are down at the resturant … due to the situation now there is no open breakfast … they bring u at the table down at the restaurant of the hotel . 9. price of the transport from Airport to the hotel was 11 USD , I contact the hotel to send me a transport better than I take taxi … cuz it’s cheaper when I order it from the hotel before I arrive to Tarabzon . 10. Market and shops are cheap and good quality and perfect quality … check the things before u buy it also maybe it can be find same thing cheaper . that’s all and thanks for everything Abdulla the air condition work on heating only … the room was clean 70 % when I came …. I did clean by my self again to be more clean well … the size of the room was normal not the same which is in picture due to camera shoot … the bathroom was 60% clean … it’s look little old and some rust on some things in the toilet … the door of the wardrobe was not closing well and it was little stuck behind the door of the room … bedroom door was not closing well

,Location is perfect just right at the center in Meydan. Room is spacious even if we booked for 4pax.They are cleaning everyday which is really good. Big shout out to abdullah in reception for being so accomodating, polite and provide all our requests.Highly recommend hotel whenever you plan to visit trabzon.
